「First, it's a hidden gem. If you like peace and quiet, this is the place to stay. Now how about the African coffee, ah so smooth and the taste was incredible. The best I have had so far. The staff genuinely care about you and would support you from pickup to drop off(if you request). The garden area needs some attention though, I think the grass is overgrown and should regularly be cut. Oh by the way, I love the city view from room... Came out every Morning just to have a view and take...

「I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience at Tommy’s Budget Rooms. Upon arrival, I was first given the wrong room, which had a broken shower and exposed electrical cables something that felt extremely unsafe. The bed was in very poor condition, with an unpleasant smell, and the towels provided were old and worn out. Loud music played until 4:30 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. When I approached the receptionist, he explained that he had no authority...

「1. Several items missing on arrival: towels, rubbish bin, soap, toilet paper, coat hangers. 2. Toilet did not flush properly and was not fixed during stay. 3. Flat was not cleaned and rubbish not taken away. 4. Unable to gain access on day of arrival as nobody on duty despite being notified of late arrival. 5. TV was only connected on last day. 6. Some lights not working and were not fixed.」
