"Hotel is a little tired and carpet really should be replaced in the hallways, however rooms are very clean and staff are incredible. The breakfast buffet is TOP NOTCH. Location is 10/10, being right next door to Ayala Mall."

"Staff was AMAZING, they were there every time you needed them and always asked about the stay. The food was good and the happy hour and chocolate hour was what we looked forward to everyday. It was an easy 15 minute walk to Mactan Newtown ( although parts don’t have a sidewalk). "

"Expensive but you have lots of choices"

"Air conditioning did not work well and the room stayed at an uncomfortable temperature. The shower was unique and took a minute to figure out how to use it. the showerhead clip broke off from the wall. The TV works you just have to login to your streaming service and local stations are not provided. Staff was friendly and helpful with bags and directions. Breakfast was OK. Someone was there to make espresso later on in the day and not for breakfast. I found all the food offered was served at room temperature and not hot. Coffee was not full and creamer may or may not have been on the table. Hotel is fine for a long layover or to fly out the next day I would not recommend a long-term stay."
