Good space for family of five. Location was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a 7/11 right on next corner (< 2 min walk) for snacks and drinks. Would recommend.

I can't recommend this hotel enough. The staff were fantastic, and the room and amenities were top-notch. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at, and very reasonably priced for a 5-star hotel.

Good small hotel in Kyoto. No ability to use stairs outside of emergencies clogs the elevators. Also, front desk was unable to help me do any luggage forwarding to Tokyo from the hotel. Reason was somewhat unclear, third-party provider software they referred just didn't work.
