近火車站，交通方便，房間乾淨。但老板都沒有看到人，只有第一天寄放行李時有出現給鑰匙，中間有默默換乾淨毛巾，網頁說明上有說可使用洗衣機，入住時都沒有介紹在哪，晚上使用時找了好久也摸索好久，洗衣機上有些灰塵...雖說是以價格取勝，但沒有介紹環境有點可惜，畢竟是民宿，在這點是感受不到所謂民宿給予旅人的熱情。

Nice house, big room, good bed, nice staff. Only issue was someone was smoking and the smoke got into my room. Chinese tourists probably feeling the need to break the rules just anxious because they miss Winnie the Pooh.

就還可以，很乾淨

就老闆不太好找，如果早到的話，然後因為房型跟當時訂的有所不符合，也許因為客滿的關係，但老闆願意提供補價差額，還是很禮貌的，環境也很乾淨，還是可以的！

廊下も靴を脱ぎたくなるほどクリーン

新台東駅から徒歩８分と近いので旅の拠点にするには便利。初日は普通の感覚で土足で室内まで入ったが、室内の床は勿論、建物全体の通路や階段もピカピカなので翌日からは建物の入り口で靴を脱ぐことにした。室内はとても広く設備も整っており快適に過ごせた。 ホテルというよりは民宿なのでスタッフ(オーナー夫妻)はとてもフレンドリーな対応でした。
