When kindness meets value

The host family is one of the nicest, generous, and most helpful people I have met in Taiwan. It was a short stay but I felt that I was part of the family. (Thank you!) I will definitely stay here again the next time I come to Taitung.

老闆很熱情

老闆很熱情，當天雖然我們是兩人，徵詢我們同意後直接升到六人房，房間很乾淨，又很大，價格又便宜，推薦大家可以入住喔！

靠近市區,到景點都很方便,晚上很安靜,在棒球比賽旁

房間很乾淨，設備很齊全，我住的這間晚上打開天花板的窗簾，可以躺在床上可以看到星星,但因天花板是透明的,中午有點太熱,無法休息,晚上則完全不影響,適合玩一整天,晚上再回來休息。

沒有民宿的溫暖、屋主的態度令人不敢恭維、入住房型不不符合預定、早餐ok

入住兩晚皆與預訂房型不一致。第一天下午一點多寄放行李，女屋主告知安排二樓的房間。晚間行程結束回民宿，換男屋主接待，告知安排三樓房間，詢問換房原因，只告知別的客人續住所以換我們房間，說算是免費升等。一進升等的房間-兩大床(照片4與5)，才發現是頂樓加蓋的房間，房間非常的悶熱，即使屋主事先開冷氣，仍覺得悶熱。想要開風扇，結果是故障的，有請男屋主換了一個。 在晚間11:00點多，才發現屋主升等兩大床，但被子只準備了一件，另一件被子放在衣櫃裡並沒有裝被套，是有汙漬(感覺是月經)，打電話詢問女房東，口氣並不是很好地說：我們原本只訂一張床的房間，只有一件被子！我覺得困惑，問道：不是說升等兩張床我們都可以使用，怎麼只準備一件呢？女房東回答：不然你直接蓋被心，我們的被子都很乾淨！我回答：但我覺得這不是很衛生（因為有血漬阿......），方便提供被套給我嗎？得到女房東的回應竟是：我不知道你的被套要多大件，我不知道放哪裡！（房務工作都是打掃阿姨做）我說：很抱歉打擾您，但您只需要提供最大尺寸被套給我，我可以自己套被套沒關係。女屋主回：我真的不知道放在哪裡，蓋被心難道不能嗎？現在幾點鐘？妳在那邊打電話吵人？跟妳越講越火欸！！我請我老公上去（掛電話）（過幾分鐘）男屋主上樓到房間，並訓斥一次為什麼要11點鐘吵人？我再次致歉很抱歉現在才發現沒有提供被子，但您只需要提供備套給我就好。然後才不情願的提供給我們。 隔天早上艷陽高照被熱醒，加上是頂加的房間，冷氣開到最低溫卻完全無效，溫度顯示32度…怎麼睡都睡不好:( 吃早餐時，屋主答應換房間，但最後丟下一句：你們今天不要在這麼晚打電話吵人，加被子要加錢。 整體而言，住宿位置離火車站一段路程，離市區約10分鐘車程。房間第二天的雙人房還ok。但就是屋主的態度令人不敢恭維，以為住民宿會有別於飯店能夠有親切的招待，孰不知沒有周邊介紹就算了，還態度非常不佳。另外良心建議，要入住的人請在寄放行李前，確定自己住哪一間？房型是否正確？並且拿到鑰匙。

アットホームな宿です。

民宿なので当たり前ですが、オーバーブッキングの為、隣の民宿に通されましたが日本人慣れしていてとても対応が凄く良かったです。台東は駅は栄えておらず夜市に行きたいと言ったらバスが無いので車で送ってあげますと親切な対応をして頂きました。部屋もホテルと変わらない清潔な部屋でした。朝食も美味しかったです。

認真請打算入住的客人要認真考慮清楚

評價標題：房價臨時變動 要額外收費 房價高但設施配套不足夠不完善 沒有相對的服務和設施 房裡面的情況不理想 下雨天洗手間水浸 表達後沒有即時跟進 相隔四小時後才跟進但房客已自行處理 民宿主人不是太幫得上忙 男主人一度表示房客沒有計劃去玩 長時間留在民宿內 倒不如返去自己國家 這說話真的令人難受 房價高 沒有相對的配套設施 入住五天四夜又根本沒有清潔過 還要惡言相向 負面評論房客 真的又捱貴房價又要受氣 房客因與民宿主人就額外收費2000元之間鬧誤會 女主人直接向房客表示不滿意和難過 又說她載我們等她為房客做的東西去討價還價 但事實上民宿主人提供的幫忙真的少之又少 頂多是載了兩次去市區 其中一次就是表達對房客對民宿有投訴的不滿 自問我們三個女房客並不是麻煩製造者 很多房務事情我們都自己處理好 沒有刻意麻煩民宿主人 包括處理暴雨後的水浸和倒垃圾 而且房裡冷氣不夠好悶熱 民宿知道這個問題的存在都沒想辦法改善 房客沒有就這方面投訴 屈就用風扇加涼一下就算 而且入住前房裡地上的毛髮都沒清潔掉 都是我們自己處理 真不明白房價到底是貴在什麼地方 希望民宿積極及認真改善問題所在

老闆娘非常客氣，家狗很活潑，住處算是安靜、乾淨。我們一家住在星光房，真的可以拉開窗簾和星星月亮一起過夜。雖然沒看到專屬停車場，但是民宿旁邊還滿好停車的。較大的缺點是如果以輸入民宿名稱利用GOOGLE地圖導航找這間民宿的話可能會鬼打牆，所以建議直接輸入民宿住址，才能避免此種窘狀。

The couple hosts were really friendly. The breakfast was yummy. If you have large luggage, it will be challenging to carry up the flight of stairs - 2nd or 3rd storey. There were also many mosquitoes. ....

便宜、舒適、方便的好住宿

從火車站走到民宿大約十分鐘，房間和浴室都很寬敞，還有陽台，樓下客廳就像自己家一樣，覺得非常溫暖。由於老闆娘在我們入住當日不在民宿，據她所說以往早餐都是她親手做，但是因為她不在所以詢問我們希望如何幫我們處理，本來考慮過給我們麥當勞餐券，但是由於我們沒有要租車，她最後請民宿員工幫我們購買，我覺得算是處理得很好，也很貼心！

民宿方便又干净，民宿主人服务超棒的！

非常友善，乐于助人，大方的民宿主人。环境，房间都很干净很棒。还介绍了很棒的温泉，超舒服又经济的。小狗狗可爱又友善。本来打算住一晚而已，实在太满意了又加住了一晚。

清明連假連住三日,一開始入住時,老闆娘說我訂的在另外一間,我告知我已經看到網路上的前兩篇評論,希望老闆依訂房網所描述的給予該處房間,後來看房間時老闆娘說我訂的房價便宜,連續假期應不是這個價錢,我告知這個價錢是你訂的,如有誤我早在前一個多月訂的且付清,你應該可以取銷訂單,老闆娘竟說我不要得了便宜還賣乖,當下很不舒服,只告知她作生意要有誠信,便不想爭論太多,其又說我的訂房不含早餐,我告知我的訂房資訊中本來就有含早餐,如不提供我將反應給 hotel.com 處理,其才願意提供,感受非常不好,床型也非加大雙人床,是一張標準雙人床和一小床,房間狀況很好,的確物超所值,但老闆娘的態度很難讓人茍同,完全沒有民宿的感受,如果是老闆娘自己表價錢,不應歸責於消費者,畢竟我也是花錢透過網頁訂房,價錢與房型都是你標的,旅行一開始就得受氣,下次就算再便宜,設備再好,也不會考慮入住，接待客人的態度要改善

熱情、乾淨、舒適雅致

民宿主人陳姐很好客，我們抵達台東當天已是晚上10點，還下著雨，是陳姐開車到車站接我們。房間溫暖舒適又乾淨寬敞，浴室乾濕分離也維持得很好。可惜隔天一早要趕7點多第一班飛機(也是陳姐送我們去的)，無緣嚐到民宿的手工早餐，下次有機會一定會再入住。

與訂房資訊不符

到現場要辦理入住時才告知被換到另一棟民宿，說有客人臨時加訂，並且表示我們訂的房間是沒有附早餐，與訂房資訊完全不相符；老闆娘說房間是king size雙人床其實是兩張單人床合併，覺得不老實。除了地點便利及價格較優惠外，不會考慮再住。

便宜不算清潔溫馨的暫棲處

不經顧客同意就直接換到另一棟民宿，還說隔天的客人要加床，所以原本的房間已經整理好加床，不方便讓我們去住。跟訂購的品項不符。 清潔度不佳，毛巾上有葉子和樹枝，窗簾發霉，窗台很多灰塵，房間角落處也髒髒的。 提供的熱水壺也髒髒的，蓋子還壞掉。 床是屬於軟偏軟的。 平日價位算便宜，要來住可能要調整心態，是比較商業式管理的旅店，而不是老闆親切溫馨的民宿。
