民宿房間很大及很清潔，地點距離車站很近。只是入住當日沒有預先通知民宿住人，沒有人應門，幸有鄰居協助聯絡民宿住人手到接待。整體尚算滿意。

房間有主題，浴室超乾淨，

很近火車站，但是離市中心有一段距離。台東交通不算方便，要計畫好出門時間和方法。旁邊都是別墅形式的民宿，小熊這家是高級乾淨的家庭民宿，有很可愛的小熊庭院、大廳。房間內部整修都有主題，除了海盜船、糖果屋，我的房間是花仙子主題，雖然少女心不太適合我，不過還是很有心思的，房間都是粉紅色公主系列。浴室超級棒和乾淨，不過熱水要等半分鐘才會被機器暖起來，不過浴室乾淨明亮淨白到一個地步好像是全新般，很令人驚訝。大床很舒服，有電視。入住是老闆可能不在，記得先大電話才有人開門哦。
