Super convenient hotel located close to Universal Studios and train station. Great amenities including a super cool check-in cart for children where they can collect pyjamas, slippers and toothbrushes from. The room was spacious enough and had lovely views. Some things are slightly rundown, but it’s very clean and convenient and would stay again.

Good space for family of five. Location was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a 7/11 right on next corner (< 2 min walk) for snacks and drinks. Would recommend.
