Good for a short stay in Taipei
Very good place to stay. We had a day lay over in Taipei and chose this hotel as it is close to the Ningxia night market and historical district. We used their airport transfer but it would probably had been better to use uber as we were given a phone number for a driver who did not speak english. We did get the drive sorted out within a few minutes though. Everything was clean and comfortable.

The good part: The room was clean and modern. They even have a jacuzzi with TV which was really fancy! The manager Vincent was very nice and handsome, too, lol. The bad part: The shower door had some problem, but they made it up for me. Overall, it is a nice one.

Perfect for a quick stay
Lovely hotel and reasonably priced. Bathroom was lovely with corner bath. Modern decor and friendly and welcoming staff on arrival. Only point to note is there was no wardrobes in the room so would be more suited to a short stay. Well located near MRT station and local night market. Great value hotel, would definitely stay again.

The staff are extraordinarily helpful! They actively offered help when I needed, like calling a cab to the airport, moving the luggage to the cab, offer some tapes, I think I ll definitely patronize again .

The entire Expedia ad is false advertising the area is dingy, the hotel was not clean the room was run down ,old and dirty. I was completely unsatisfied.

The outlook of the hotel is terrible the first moment I arrived. But at the inside it’s much more better. The speakers in the room are awesome.

Friend staff, free parking, Jacuzzi!
Service staff are really friendly and welcoming. They speak English too. Reason why we choose this place is mainly for the free parking. The room were really clean, stayed 3 nights, and every day the room was clean properly too! Best part of the room was the Jacuzzi, its the best! Free breakfast was great too, selection was good, suitable for foreigners too. Gym is included too. Overall stay there was excellent.

This is a small hotel in an older part of town, but good location and close to the MRT. The bed and pillows were great and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. I also loved the giant jetted bathtub, which I definitely took advantage of. The room was clean and provided simple amenities. Staff was also good, willing to help with food suggestions and calling a taxi to the airport. Starbucks right down the street and there is a very good foot massage place right around the corner (you can see it on the main road near the hotel by its giant flashing neon foot). The only complaint would be the weird smell in the hallway. It was like a fishy, putrid smell. The room was not affected, but it was gross walking to and from the elevator.

We booked a family room, there as no provision space or rack or drawer or sufficient hangers for us to place our clothing. Hence we request for 3 chairs to place the 3 luggages, the reception response was please collect the 3 chairs at level 3 on our own. In the bathroom, there was no cloth hooks, we have to place them on the edge of bath tub or on the top of toilet seat. Reckon the hotel operator need to check in and stay in the room for a few days to get the feel on areas of improvement and cost cost saving

I’ve been staying at this hotel twice. This is my second time coming back. Overall is good. All their hotel rooms are with jacuzzi. The rooms is with some smells (similar like smoke smells), they said is the anti bacteria and it is normal. Just see you all can accept or not. Others are perfect

Overall not bad
House keeping not to standard , we stay 9 night almost 3 days cleaner never wash the cups. The floor is no vaccum cos still have the body powder left over the carpet. Counter staffs is helpful , buffet is not bad from my son comment. Two chef's are friendly and helpful as the buffet is non vegetarian but the two chef still help us to prepare vegetarian food for both of us. Appreciate and thanks,

Great location! Near a good night market
Staff friendly and can speak English. Hotel is in middle of 2 train lines which is good. Relatively near a night market which we visited almost Nightly on our way back to the hotel. Overall very satisfied. Good neighbourhood. Only thing is the bed is not as comfortable as I would like.

Everything is Good
We are booking a triple room, but they upgraded us to a family, its very nice. Room is clean, breakfast is nice and have laundry (self-service). Seven 11, family mart, Carrefour, starbuck are very near. MRT (Daqiaotou station) is 5 mins walk, Shuanglian station is quite far from the hotel.

Nice hotel, delicious breakfast.
A nice hotel though need to walk 15 mins to nearest MRT station. Very good, delicious breakfast. Friendly staff and always clean the room. Just one con, about their desktops. There must be one desktop in English language. But over all we enjoyed staying.

Hidden Gem in the central Taipei city.
9.5 / 10 for my stay! The parking experience is a bonus and the highlight would be the jacuzzi in the room. Unfortunately, there is smell when I first entered the hotel room. After an hour of ventilation, it got better. Suspect that there is something moudly in the room. Nevertheless, the bed are soft and comfortable pillows! I been to some more hotel and their pillows are terrible. Theirs pillow are quality one where u can sleep at ease!
