The property just in front of Jiantan MRT St / red line, easy to explore Taipei. My room has a spacious space, dining table, massage chair, microwave, illy coffee maker, washing and drying machine, bath tube and japanese style closet. We stay at 2 same rooms for 6 nights

Great location, walking distance to the famous night market. Public transportation is right across the street. The room is very clean, updated and comfortable. The staff is super friendly. The breakfast is also good.

Good place to stay near mrt.
The best feature of this hotel is its location. Mrt in front & close to Shilin night market. This hotel is above the average & charges more than the average hotel. Rooms are well furnished, though not big, are decent in size & well appointed. Breakfast was great. Especially their focaccia & scallion rice. Understand they change their menu quarterly. A comfortable stay.

A little disappointed
Stayed here before in 2019 & was truly impressed so I came back with family this time. Unfortunately, it was a little disappointing. We stayed for 2 nights in their Power Studio. Reception was a tad cold & staff were not very helpful even though they weren’t busy. It seems they have only 2 toilet cubicles in separate location in the lobby & not easy to find. Some of the charging ports in the room were not working properly. The TV in the bathroom was also not working. Only after my complaint, did they give me a remote controller to activate it the next day. The room was nice & clean as I remember it. Breakfast is now a semi buffet with a choice of fixed main plus a small buffet spread. Cafe staff were friendly & breakfast was delicious. Hope I’ll have a better experience next time if I do come back.

Some 5 star amenities at 4 star prices. Room and hotel is on smaller side but just at the edge of enough that you feel satisfied. Breakfast isn't buffet which is a pleasing because most buffets are an assemblage of non fresh food, and the breakfast options go beyond what'd you'd expect - just over the average. The hotel is conveniently located near shilin night market, one of the largest in Taiwan and has direct access to one of the most important subway lines in Taipei. Worth every penny.

Hotel staff does not understand the word service. No smile, no one opened the door, etc etc. when checking in, all we were told was when to check out. In the morning, got a call at 10:30 to inform that check out is in 30 minutes. The hotel facilities itself was fine. Pool and hot tubs were closed for maintenance so no comments there. Best part was the convenient location. There are better options out there worth checking out

There was no hot water in the sink. There were two complimentary bottles of drinking water in the room. When I called the front desk and asked for two more bottles a few hours later, the lady at the desk told me to come downstairs and use the water fountain and refill the two empty water bottles. I’ve never had any issues with any hotels unwillingly to provide an extra bottle of hotel branded water. It probably costs them .05 cents.

A very nice stay !
Only a few seconds walk from the MRT station, perfect location! We got upgraded, and the room was clean with a Mountain View, and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean too, with eco friendly toiletries! Highly recommended!

It was a very brand new hotel and the staff were very nice to give up a free upgrade to celebrate our anniversary and prepared a lovely cake too. The amenities were excellent especially the nanojet bathtub with lights and tv too. Plus a massage chair to help relax after all the walking. Breakfast was a served like a set menu instead of a buffet which is of quite good quality too. Very convenient, just location outside Jiantan station exit 2 and 5 mins walk down to shilin market. Definitely reccommend to stay here again!

Not as advertised....the location and cleanliness of the property were great. very convenient to public trains and walking distance to Shilin Night Market. Room was clean with comfortable bedding and quiet windows (can't hear the train or traffic). There is NO laundry facilities on the property (even though it is advertised). We were traveling for 3 week and limited out search for hotels to those that allowed us to wash our clothing (without having to pay US$6 for a t-shirt to be washed by the hotel). There is complementary washing of underwear and socks if you stay more than one night. (We needed everything washed) when we arrived, no one was at the curb at the entrance to help us with our bags from the cab or to our room. You have to fend for yourself. The front desk only gave us one key when we checked in. When we asked for a 2nd key (in English) it took some time and effort for them to understand us. We also asked for late check out by 1 hour and were declined. Luckily we are Gold status on Expedia and the Expedia customer service was able to get the manager to approve a 1 hour late check out. Over all a nice location with proximity to things.

The Wonderful Suite was indeed wonderful but the maintenance should be a little better. The high tech toilet Hhad its own life, the water was warm but not hot. The instructions for the washer and the toilet were only in Taiwanese, but we loved the hotel and will definitely recommend the suites.

I love the fact that this property has everything u ever need for a holiday. The room features are excellent and very hi tech! I stayed for 5 nights and after a day of shopping, it's a home u long to return to. I booked the wonderful suite which has a washing machine n dryer n this really helps that I finish my laundry there before I fly home! I oso love the fact that it's very convenient to travel anywhere by train! Shilin nite market is oso within 5 mins walk! Will definitely stay here again during future trips!

Fabulous staff always willing to help us with all our needs, especially getting us taxis and communicating with the drivers on our behalf. The rooms are comfortable and very high tech. The distance to Jiantan Station was perfect and we used it often. The breakfast every morning was delicious!

Hotel is in a very convenient location: just steps from the Jiantan station and bus stations, a short walk to Shilin Night Market. Many good restaurants on streets behind the hotel. Services were exceptional. Staffs were warm and friendly. They were very helpful. It was off season so we were able to book the King suite at reasonable rate. Loved the suite (especially the “rain fall” shower and jacuzzi). Also loved the big balcony and lovely Mountain View. Would book this hotel again. 100% recommend this to friends and family.
