Washer dryer is super convenient when you are traveling in a humid and hot city. It locates in residential neighborhood. Not much shops or restaurants around. Quiet at night and no need to worry about noise from metro. Don’t bring huge suitcase if you plan to stay in this room type or you have to leave those in balcony

Nice little inn with very good staff.
Very convenient location, right across from MRT station yet quite. very nice and helpful staff. The room is small by US standard, but typical in Southeast Asia. Good value overall.

Very convenient location, right across the street from the metro station, and only a few minutes of walking from night market, drug stores, and grocery store! But it wasn’t noisy, the hotel was pretty quiet during my stay. Hotel staff were professional and very friendly. Excellent wifi in the room and the lounge. The hotel lounge provided free light snacks (bread and fruit) and coffee/tea. It was comfortable to sit there and work if needed. The room and the lounge area were clean and in great condition, especially the lounge where hotel staff came regularly to check and tidy up things. The only downside for me was that the room lighting was kind of dark. Because windows in my room were facing the other part of the building, there were not much natural light coming in. The lighting in the room were spot lights, so the room was not well-lit. The lighting in bathroom was also not idea for putting on makeup, and there was no makeup mirror available in the room. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

Location is absolutely amazing, it’s right in front of the jiantan station and a few minutes walk away from the Shilin night market. Especially I liked the lounge where we can drink coffee or tea 24/7. Our room was clean and service was great

Superb location, spotless room
Excellent place all round. Superb location next to metro, buses and the night market, and a great hiking mountain across the street. Room exceeded expectations: multilevel, TWO bathrooms, separate bedroom, modern shower and top notch cleanliness. Staff was helpful and provided bottles of water, exchanged currency. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Location is very convenient. It is right across from the MRT exit. With that being said, it does tend to get alot of city noise (cars, scooters, MRT sounds) - so if you are sensitive to those types of noise, then ask for a back room/higher room. This building is right beside another Tango (two of them) hotel, so you may get abit confused to which one to go do - as we did. But do not worry, the staff at the other Tango hotel are just as helpful and will escort or direct you to the right building. Room is small but decently designed. The washrooms could use abit more attention when being cleaned (tiles on the walls slightly moldy) but it is not a deterrent for booking. Staff are super helpful and friendly. There is 24/7 tea/coffee, with morning breakfast snacks provided. NOTE: no breakfast (hot foods) is at this hotel. We traveled with a infant, and no cribs are available at this location. We would book again - but a larger room next time.

very clean. Has great coffee. Lots of it!!! I did not need to got to Starbucks while I was there. Room is very nice. I love this lovely Inn. By the way, they provide free fruit and pastry all day long. I would consider it as continental breakfast.

Right next to Jian Tan station, short walk to Shilin night market, good quality amenities and facilities. Has a tea / coffee room and light refreshments replenished at 7am every morning. Bed was comfortable.

Excellent location, kind staff, next to MRT.
Lovely staff - so helpful, polite. Free breakfast. The room I was in was on floor 2 (one above ground level) and faced the MRT line. It took a bit to get used to the sound of the train/traffic. The plus is that it is right next to the MRT!

I've never stayed in a hotel that was so near to a train station. Tango Inn is absolutely the best hotel I've stayed thus far. The MRT station is JUST OPPOSITE. I am very sure that it is less than 5 minutes. It makes travelling easy and accessible. The staff were friendly and helpful. They smiled all the time and when they saw me walking out at 3am because I can't sleep, one of the staff cared to ask me to have the food at the pantry for breakfast if I was hungry. I sought the staff for help to book for me a taxi at the very last minute. They were efficient and did it; got a taxi immediately and reached the airport within 30 minutes or so. My room was at the first level and I had a washing machine at my balcony. I've never used it but I thought that that is brilliant to have that in case you'd want to wash your clothes. The room I got was clean, and basic amenities were provided. If you don't ask for too much, like myself, I think that Tango Inn hotel would be a perfect location besides the main area of Ximending.

Good location and good service staff. The room is small but comfortable, however the bathroom is spacious and fully equipped with toiletries, hair dryer, complimentary drinks also available in the room. The lounge has a coffee machine that makes good coffee from freshly ground coffee beans. Overall it’s highly recommended to stay there !

Wonderful Place to Stay in Taipei
Very well located hotel - across from the MRT and Bikeshare station. Staff was friendly and helpful - gave us a great dinner recommendation. The wifi was perfect, and we enjoyed the coffee bar and light breakfast as well. They provided umbrellas on rainy days. Room was small but well laid out and just great!
