Place was great and quiet. Walking distance to a lot of food places. Grocery store is about 2 blocks away which is also convenient.

Very large bathroom was great! Location is ok; no sidewalks, but reasonable walking distance to university and university train stop. This is a true "motel", where cars drive up a ramp and park next to their rooms. You will hear tires squealing throughout the day, and if you approach as a pedestrian you must enter the garage, and there is a faint whiff of car exhaust throughout. There is no lobby to speak of. So pretty bare-bones, but well priced!

噴了很多消臭香精還是會有煙味，房間有電流聲
房間整潔，整體環境良好，停車也方便。入門時房間有大量使用消臭香精，牀頭燈有其中一個會閃。不過中央空調系統不能維持温度，而且半夜會有煙味。房間內電子開關持續有高頻聲音（敏感者會聽到）。
