This is just an average hotel with a convenient location. Over priced just because of the location. It is convenient as it is close to transportation, shopping, restaurants, etc. The good things about this hotel is the room size and free laundry with dryer. However, there are only 2 working washing machines and dryers. Detergent is provided for free.

The hotel’s location is super convenient, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. It’s nice to have a common area for coffee, tea and dining. I also like the laundry facilities. It would be perfect if the bathroom has a hook on the wall for novelties and towel rack. But I would stay there next time.

Easy access from Taipei Main Station. Very convenient location for food and shopping. Friendly staff. Property looks older than what is pictured. However, would still recommend this hotel to others.

When i saw some negative reviews on Sky19, I was wondering if I made the right choice. But the moment I open the room door, I knew i made the right choice. The whole place is perfect. My family and I love Sky19 and will definitely be back again!

Good location, good facilities
Hotel location is good. We've got a bigger room, comfortable, only the toilet is a bit old. The common area is nice and really appreciate the laundry room as we can access it any time and the washing and drying services are free.

Located in the building just right out at exit Z2( for stairs) and exit Z4 (elevator) of Taipei main station. It is easily accessible to the High speed rail, train station and their railways station. Walkable distance to Taipei estimated 15-20mins depending on the speed. Food and shopping are accessible within walking distance. The staffs are pleasant and always ready to answer your doubts if required. Laundry room available with washing machine and dryer at level 19. A common pantry with tables, chairs, microwave oven(to heat up your food) and tv too for you to have your takeaways food to eat and share with your group of friends instead if eating in the room. Room is clean and spacious for a family of 4.

Great location, large room, and the laundry room was very helpful and free of charge. The room itself was clean, however, it is a bit dated, you can see the wear and tear, and it did smell a little damp.

Hotel is conveniently located at Taipei Main Station, with plenty of shops and food options within walking distance. Room was a bit dated but spacious and very clean. There was a laundry room with washing powder provided as well.

The room had a mouldy smell and the toilet had an unpleasant smell as well. The furniture were worn out and the bedsheets provided were stained. Hotel staff were not the most friendly and the corridors had a cigarette smell. I really disappointed to book this hotel.

Bath and bed are bad but location is great!
Stains on the sofa were the first major turnoff. Next, we found the mattress and pillows too hard for a restful sleep. The bath area was poorly designed, and drainage was bad. Water kept flowing from the sides of the tub onto the floor whenever we used the shower... resulting in the bathroom floor being wet all the time! Location though was great ... so near to the Taipei Main Station. Free bottled water and daily housekeeping were an added plus. The lounge area where we could warm our take-out meals and free use of the washing machines and dryers were also much appreciated!

Small, old bathroom
Good location, spacious room, free laundry facilities. Bad: very hard to find. The hotel is on the 19th floor of a tall building. There are not any signs on ground floor to indicate the hotel is in the building or that you need to take a lift up to 19th. Wifi did not work in my room but worked in another room. The bathroom is small, old, rundown, with cracks on the wall and around the tub. There are not any counter space or hooks to put your change of clothiers. Overall, this hotel is expensive for the quality especially the bathroom.

Liked: location, staff, common room, laundry room, room size, price. Dislike: hotel is on the 19th floor of a mixed use building. elevators are very crowded during peak hours. Shower: strange design - water gets everywhere, think that is why the laminate floor by the outside of bathroom are warped. For the price and location, I might stay again. Room is not very clean.

Good location for sightseeings , subway and eating. walked to 阜杭豆浆 for breakfast, 自由广场 is within 15 minutes walk, 西门町 in 10 minutes. Staff are polite and the room is clean. HSR & TRA station is across straight. We will return to Taipei to finish the loop tour around the island and stay our last night in sky18. Definitely recommend this hotel to friends if they visit Taipei.

The room was very spacious, modern and had a nice view. Room 512 has a view of Taipei 101. Easy access from the Taipei main station. Only concern was that there were strands of hair on the bathroom floor.

Horrible.
Windows haven't been cleaned in a decade, couch had disgusting stains that seem to have been there for a long time, there was long thick black hairs on the couch as well, bed is just fine, ceiling's paiting wasn't even finalized and looked still in progress, bathtub wasn't clean, surfaces had dust on it. Stay away from this hotel, it's absolutely terrible. And it wasn't even cheap. It's an absolute shame. I usually don't leave reviews but I am so upset I had to. Can't believe the score was so high and I fell for it. Reviews must be fake.

The location is great, just beside the department store and lots of shopping and dining options nearby. It's near Taipei main station so lots of transport options. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and doesn't look old. However the toilet certainly could use some renovation as it looks quite old and simple, and the bath tub is very small. Nevertheless it's still clean and i had no problems using it.
