The hotel is located in a convenient location, steps away from the MRT station and close to many of Taipei's many attractions. The Executive rooms were newly renovated and are fairly spacious. The staff were courteous and accommodated to our needs during our 3 week stay.

This hotel is conveniently located right next to DaAn station exit 6, which makes it super easy to take the MRT. Rooms are pretty spacious unless you have a room with 3 single beds, then it might be a little cramped. Staff is very friendly and helpful. If you're lucky enough to get a room higher up it's fairly quiet, otherwise bring earplugs if you don't want the street noise to wake you up.

Staff are responsible and kind. Easy to communicate. The airport transportation service is excellent. Service fee is reasonable and it reliefs the pressure of finding transportation.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is great for taking the MRT. The rooms with views of Taipei 101 are very nice. Two downsides are the lack of a true lobby and the restaurant Swensens, with its all American menu and its inconvenient opening hours. It closes way too early for arrivals in the late evening. There aren’t many places to eat.

Loved the location of this hotel. Literally a stone's throw away from the entrance of the hotel is the Daan station exit 6. There are a few bus stops very near the hotel too. Easy to get around Taipei with these. Many great food choices around the area. All within walking distance. Staff were very attentive and efficient.

I had dinner at Swensons which is at the hotel lobby. Ambience was good but it’s very cold. Not sure where the cold came from. Overall experience at the hotel was good.

This hotel was in an excellent location. Step outside you are are at entrance 6 to Daan metro system. The staff, especially the concierge were friendly and helpful. The room 101view was spacious, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was very consistent and completed early which for me was great. I ate breakfast at Swensens which is on the property and it also was great. The hotel is centrally located and a short walk from Daan park. Overall a great place to stay when visiting Taipei.

Great hotel with great 101 view rooms.Subway right on spot, clean room, friendly staff. Even the room is a bit small, consider the location, it is all understandable. Will return and recommended to my friends.
