Went on a solo trip. The room was about 18' sqft, catered for 2 but I think may be a bit cramp if there are two 26' luggages. Suits more for 1 traveller and 1 luggage. Location (exit 1 Ximen) and hotel staffs were good.

Room is small but very cosy!! I travelled solo therefore it was just perfect for me! Located just a few mins walk away from the metro station and the busy ximending shopping district therefore it wasnt too noisy as well. Great stay and I’ll definitely come back again for my next trip!

Absolutely perfect location - just round the corner from all the Ximending excitement and a convenient metro stop, buses right out the front, yet whisper quiet in the room. The 24-hour access to free snacks in the basement eating area is the best ever solution for families travelling with jetlagged teenagers! Rooms are small but really cleverly designed and had everything I needed.

Disappointing Service
we have been a supported of this hotel for the pass years, its about our 6 or 7 stayed at this hotel. It has been pleasant, until our recent stay. the service they used to give is no longer there, Other than 1 very helpful staff, the rest are lukewarm , the cleaners very unfriendly and even our agreement to extend check out at 1230pm was being disturb and knocked on the door twice. we stayed for 8nights and first 5nights we accomodated to the noisy next door guest, as we could not get what we requested (which previously we always get the room requested) even emphasized we are light sleeper. We were waken up by the next door guest from 1am till 3am and blasting their TV loud at wee hours.Until the 5th day we asked for room changed, which we cannot tolerated such disturbed sleep every night.it was so inconvenient to us and never had a good sleep for that 8nights I guess it time for us to say goodbye to this hotel. Our next visit for sure its never Orange again.

We stayed for 4 days in Orange hotel and paid an extra day for staying 5 hours since our flight back is at 9pm. Room was clean and suited for couple. For us, size is just okay. Luggages can fit under the bed. Service in the receptions okay. Kudos to Peter, Sarita and the guy with eyeglass(was not able to get his name). They all helped us since they can speak English and understand our queries. However, the lady at the pantry reacted so much when we brought out fruits which we are under the impression that we can get since apple and oranges were not sliced. We didn’t even had a bite. We brought it back and reported what happened. I believe as guests they can manage it well and should not reacted the way she does. For one, it’s just 2pieces and we don’t even eat many during breakfast. For some hotel that we stayed, they offer fruits as a complimentary service. Sarita on the other hand, gave us complimentary cake since it’s our birthday. Thanks for that. Location: Very Good near ximending, quiet place not crowded. Should exit ximen station 1. Overall, despite of what happened we enjoyed it and surely consider staying again.

Convenient and comfortable stay (:
It's conveniently located near to ximending and Carrefour as well. Would recommend you to exit from exit 6 which is the only exit with lifts and cross the street to the hotel. Only a few min walk. Aside, daily housekeeping and bottles of water are provided daily. Shampoo, soap, hair dryer, and towels as well. I love the eco friendly concept where you can choose to get and use what toiletries you needed - I only needed toothbrush etc. Hotel Wi-Fi is provided as well. Believe there is also breakfast/food bar provided, but I didn't try it as I prefer to try the local breakfast. The check-in and check out process is fuss free and easy. As I paid via hotels.com , I do not have to give any deposit. One thing to improve for the hotel would be cleaner bed sheet/blanket sheet and also the walls are thin. Otherwise, convenient location and nice street view by the bed side was great. Highly recommend for those who want convenient and travelling with 1 - 2 pax as the room is small.

Opposite the busy street of Ximending and train exit 6 where there's lift access. Convenient for travellers commuting on train with big luggages. Hotel room is small and suitable for couple with only 1 big luggage. Kind of non-existant sound proofing , maybe an issue for light sleeper. Hotel provides 24hr snack bar at basement with spread of light snacks. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Provides the option of order and delivery of popular Taiwan delicacies nicely packed in carton box to carry-on flight. Overall is a value for money hotel at prime location. Easy access to all train lines, convenient to travel anywhere from XMD.

Gd point is near ximen mrt station. They wont provide you daily necessities such as toothbrush, shower cap. You need to ask fm the receptionist counter. It’s so troublesome and the room is too small and the design of the room waste too much space and become so cramp

Located within 1 min walk from the Ximen MRT station,the room was pretty small but clean and comfortable. Nice staff and good service.Simple free breakfast and very limited.They also need to improve the soundproofing issue.

Comfortable and Convenient
We stayed here for 3 nights. The check-in and check-out was smooth. We booked a bunk bed room type and was big enough for us (2 girls) with our 2 small suitcases. The bed, duvet, and pillow were comfortable. They provide free simple breakfast and it was good enough for us. They only have 1 elevator but it was not a big deal. The location was perfect, a 3-min walk from ximending mrt station exit 1, and it is in the heart of ximending with a lot of shops and restaurants. Overall, we are satisfied staying in this hotel.

My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights. The location was close to everything. The room was comfortable, clean and very modern. We enjoyed our bunk beds very much. Breakfast was very standard continental, don't expect anything more. Service was good. We arrived early and were told that check in wasnt until 3. My daughter had fallen at a park on the way to the hotel and her leg was bleeding a little so we just waiting in the lobby and placed wet/cold paper towels on it. After about 30 minutes we were given our room a little early. We only experienced 1 bad encounter with a cleaning employee who was very rude.
