The staff were super nice and attentive! There was a weird smell on the property, a very strong paint/gas smell. Otherwise, my stay was amazing, it was quiet and the room was equipped with basically everything you’ll need — from a washing machine to a kitchen. It even came with free drinks in the fridge!

There is a small night market with lots of food choices just a round the corner of the hotel. So food options are wide. Watsons and a supermarket is also nearby👍👍 Hotel room was clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful👍👍

Friendly and helpful staff. Good size room. Couch is not comfortable. There’s some wall paper peeling in some places. Breakfast was good. Good location for shopping, food and subway.

Our expectations were more than met
We requested a handicap room due to an injury of a family member, we were lucky to get one and it was wonderful and exactly what we needed. The entire staff front desk to breakfast crews were all so very helpful and kind to serve us. Besides the handicap room we also had a room on the 12th floor and the view was amazing (1205) Many thanks to Ellen, Danny, Cindy and Nia

Every staff was patient, polite, fast at responding to our requests. Cleaning crew was amazing! 6 bottles of water, unheard of, thank you! Services was beyond anything that we have ever experienced. Property was well-maintained, clean and customer-eccentric. I have recommended to my family and a few friends.

An excellent all-rounder with no short-comings
Great service, fully loaded amenities and huge studio apartment sized rooms making this one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in Taiwan. It’s great for young families with 1-2 kids in toll. Our little 4 year old loved his stay and was very sad having to say goodbye to Jolley. Can not recommend this accommodation more. Will definitely seek out its availability next time we plan to travel to Taiwan again.

We stay at this hotel for 12 nights . The staff at lobby and breakfast room are friendly, room size and layout are perfect specially good for long stay, location are convenient close to metro and bus stations and prices are very reasonable, Will book again and referral to friends

Lovely place
clean room with everything perfectly functional, delicious breakfast, which you can even try local tastes and fresh juice and staff are very happy to help you. We had an amazing time here. Highly recommend!

Condominium style hotel with huge space
It is a condominium like hotel so good for frequent traveler that is tired for hotel. The space is huge with living room and small kitchen as studio type. The breakfast has limited selection but with fresh squeeze orange and vegetable juice.

Suites were well equipped and spotless. The hotel is in a great location with 2 supermarkets and lits of convenience stores across the road There are some small night markets 2 streets away that gave great street food. If you need a massage there are four really good places to try within 100m if the hotel The breakfast at the hotel was good I would stay at Jollfy Hotel again happily

Hotel Jolley's staff was attentive and very accommodating. The rooms are nice with a kitchenette that is welcome and rare in Taipei. The beds were very comfortable. I didn't hear noise from the other rooms at all and insulation between rooms seems extremely good, however the windows weren't the most sound proof so you will hear noise from the streets; however it is not out of the ordinary of what you'd expect in a city. The hotel itself was really close to the orange subway/metro line and the red line was a little bit further, but still within walking distance. It has a nearby, smaller night market to hit immediate cravings and plenty of other food nearby. Next time I come to Taipei I will actively seek out Jolley Hotel.
