Thank you for staying at our hotel. Your kind feedback means very important for us to continue our hard work. As we all know, it's a great challenge to suit everybody when it comes to understand what our guests require to stay happy and comfortable. Once again, with your support, we will move on with much better confidence. After all, we mean to be better with you all the time.

According to our record you stayed from11/8-11 deluxe double room 3nights,the room rate was about NTD$1500 per night, including weekend price. The room is about 19 square meter (it is not small for this money in Taipei). The first room we arranged you wasn’t small at all, it was reasonable. We understand you were not happy about the window view, and we change you into another room with a nice view. However, we don’t understand why that room wasn’t enough to satisfy you, that room was a lot more than what you paid. Therefore, we also don’t understand why are you complaining about the noisy street, didn’t you asked for a room near by the street that you need street view? Our hotel was full at the second day, the house keeper was very busy for cleaning work, to prepare the new customer C/I at least by before pm3:00 ,and to clean still stay the room before 5:00pm, you came back slightly earlier at 4:40, and complain about the room wasn’t cleaned straight away. We told you again above it but you did not accept it, and meantime we call the house keeper to clean your room, but you say “no”, your behavior let us think you have no empathy. If you want western food, there is plenty, it only takes a few minutes by bus. Also, there’s a coffee shop and breakfast store that is nearby our hotel, the MRT station (Daqiaotou )only takes about 7 minutes of walking from our hotel straight, .we do not know how to you go need 15minutes .we told you to MRT station (Daqiaotou) only 7minutes when you C/I and we introduced our surrounding quite well for many thing when you checked in. Due to not cleaned your room in PM4:40, we didn’t put the new toilet and box paper in your room, later you call us about paper we already put it to your room on time, We do our best for serve you that you are still not happy stay our hotel we really fell hapeless.
