Clean, modern, excellent staff, all spoke English. The only drawback is that New Taipei City is a fair distance from the main train station and Taoyuan Airport, so one must use either the MRT or taxis for most tours. But definitely a good hotel in all other respects.

Beautiful brand spanking new property in New Taipei- it is about 30 min MRT ride to center of Taipei, so a little out of the way if you want to do tourist activities. However it is perfect as stopover for traveling around Asia. It is a gorgeous new hotel, rooms are large and spacious, latest amenities including Japanese toilet, black out blinds, drinking water is supplied. Lobby and public areas are attractive. Staff are all wonderful friendly, and fluent in English. There is an amazing shopping mall/ department store located about 4 blocks away - it has food courts with many different kinds of Asian cuisine as well as a Starbucks, many clothing stores including Western brands such as North Face, Roots, and Asian ones like Muji and Uniqlo. I enjoyed spending alot of time here. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Difficult to fault the Hotel. The staff and service was impeccable. We were disappointed that the pool was closed for winter. Breakfast was wonderful. TV reception was lacking a little (constant short dropouts). Hot water temperature was a little bit variable.

It's around a lot of residential and office buildings. About 10 minutes walk to MRT and you can check in your luggage at that MRT if you are travelling with China or Eva Airline. Easy access to Taipei! Great pool. There is not a lot of dinning or shopping options. The conditions of our rooms were excellent.

This hotel can book pets friendly rooms. it’s clean and nice new facilities. The swimming pool opens from May, didn’t have chance to enjoy it. Still the stay was awesome.

The hotel is fairly new and clean. Staff are very friendly. It's also walking distance from the metro system (the yellow line and purple line which can get you to the TPE airport). They also offer breakfast buffet with a lot of selections, from Chinese style to western style. (Note: we booked a 2 people room but it only comes with 1 breakfast ticket. It costs 400 NTD/~$13USD to add an additional 1. 400NTD Can get you a lot if you buy elsewhere or order from ubereats. But overall, it's a pretty good buffet in terms of options and experience. So if you are a buffet person, I think it won't let you down) The parking was free during our stay but the staff mentioned that it might change in 2023 The only drawback is that there's a construction site near the spot when we stayed. But you can walk around the hotel to stay away from there so it's no big deal.

The hotel staff just left the glass in the bathroom unclean and untidy everyday. We requested to have an extra pillow and the hotel staff told us they’re running out of pillows on the first day we arrived. We can only get one extra pillow the night before we checkout. And the concierge phone is always busy.

房間內環境整潔度是非常好 ,但美中不足的地方是沒有提供三溫暖的公共設施有點可惜 ,雖然有游泳池但冬天不開放 ,健身房也還好 ,而且餐廳只有一間 ,選項不多 ,還有另一點沒有逐層提供飲水機的功能 ,想喝個熱水 ,只能跑到19樓去裝水 ,而且還是冷的 ,只能裝水回房間自己煮水 ,很不方便 ,希望能改善 電梯雖然有3台 ,等待有點久 ,還有房間床頭文字不是很明顯 ,因為字體顏色與按鍵相同 ,所以不知道啟動了請勿打擾 ,結果沒有來打掃房間 ,希望可以把這個按鍵特別強化一下 ,免得讓下一位房客誤觸 ,我是參加會議選擇住2晚 ,所以第一天回酒店 ,發現怎麼沒打掃也沒有換毛巾 ,變成自己要用打電話請櫃檯給予毛巾 ,結果是機器人送的 4顆星的酒店 ,而且住宿價格不便宜也 ,應該要有很多公共設施才是 ,有點讓我很失望 ,下次去商務會議 ,應該不會再選擇入住了
