Location is great, right outside the train station . Loved the private bath in the hotel room. Also liked the public spa and hot spring. Wished the opening times were 24 hours though. The reception area on level 6 is not so appealing. Would prefer the reception area on the ground floor. I had the dinner and breakfast included. I expected Japanese dinner but instead it was western which was okay. Loved the breakfast buffet, it was so high quality. I would stayed again.

Convenient location (across the street is the Xinbeitou MRT), new and modern facilities, comfortable bed, spacious room. Breakfast is so so but half board dinner is very good. Hot springs pools and sauna are great except the 30 minutes closing several times a day which makes it very inconvenient.

The hotel is just directly opposite XinBeitou metro station which is easily accessible by public transport. Around the hotel there are many eateries and two supermarkets which is convenient. In terms of facilities, the hotel has hot spring in the room, TV, aircon and comfortable bed, nice slippers in a big room. There are many wellness programmes arranged by the hotel and the breakfast provided is also very delicious with plenty of choices. Overall I am very satisfied with the hotel and would like to recommend it to individual or family travellers.

Convenient at city centre but quiet and comfortabl
Very convenient, just 2 min walk from XinBeitou Station. The hot spring tub inside the room is excellent with city view. The overall stay is excellent except the breakfast is just average with little varieties

Great hot spring hotel
It was great. We arrived at the hotel at 8:00 am straight fro our 13 hour flight from the USA. The check in time was three and our room was not ready. We left our bags and went to check the area out. We returned around 11am and found that the hotel staff, knowing our flight status, had expedited our room and we could check in early at no additional cost. The general use hot spring and hydro treatment pool area were first class. Great hotel with excellent staff. very good location by MRT and park.

The closest hotel to Beitou Station. The staff can speak English and Japanese. The room is large and clean. Two people can enter the bathtub in the room. I highly recommend it.

We love the Hotel Royal Beitou, it’s great value for money. We have everything we need and it’s in a handy location. SuSu and the team are always helpful and friendly and the rooms are clean and well appointed. The restaurant is amazing with 5 star service and gorgeous food. Highly recommend.

Nice hot spring hotel near to MRT Station

Excellent Service
The staffs are very nice and friendly. The hotel is very well-equipped. The room is very nice and the hot spring in the room is also very comfortable. The hotel also provides public hot spring, sauna, and indoor pool. I would totally re-visit at this hotel.

Beautiful Beitou
Hotel was opposite the train station. The check-in was swift and staff took us to our room and explained what's in the room. We we given complimentary flip flops and water flasks. Breakfast was healthy with lots of fruits and veg. To the left of hotel 5 mins walk to the hot stream garden. A further 10 min walk to the thermal valley which is worth the walk as it's beautiful and mystical. Ti the right of the hotel are lots of shops and eateries. It leads to the night market. Enjoyed the stay very much and love to come back to rejuvenate our body. Thanks :)
