First, very clean room, comfortable bed, sound proof, and staff are polite and friendly. Location is great, a minute walk from station. Easy access to Avery where! We are coffee lovers and Very good coffee shop nearby is a plus!

Nice place suitable for family and couples. The only negative issue was an extraordinary slow service at the Chinese restaurant. We had a very unpleasant time there. Otherwise, everything was confortable.

Executive king room is quite small and impact. Couldn't even strech out in the bath tub. Room otherwise is clean, bed is comfortable. Buffet breakfast is the highlight of the day. Spoiled with choices, foods are mostly fresh. Hotel is conveniently situated. Subway station is just across the road and bus hubs are a minute of walk. Staff are mostly pleasant and helpful.

This is my second stay. Each stay lasts more than a week. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the mattress is moderately soft and hard. I recommend it to travelers visiting Taipei.
