I had arrived earlier in the morning and requested for early check in about 2pm. However the staff said that they would have to charge me if I check in before 3pm. The earliest they will let me enter the room will be 2.45pm. I was really tired after a red eye flight and ended up sleeping on the sofa at the lobby. The staff woke me up at exactly 2.45pm to pass me my room card. I thought there could have been more flexibility and empathy from the hotel staff as I will be checking out earlier for my departure day which I feel I should not be charged for the earlier check in. It’s my first time experiencing such inflexibility from a hotel. This is the only negative feedback I have. Overall, it was a pleasant stay as hotel is located near mrt station and walking distance to the popular Fu Hang Soy Shop and Hua Shan Park.

The hotel overcharged a room that accommodated three guests. The room size was not big enough and the facilities were not equipped for three guests. There wasn’t a wardrobe to hang the clothes. It was a terrible experience.

The room is designed in a Japanese style but is quite budget-friendly. However, there are a few peculiarities that may not be to everyone's liking. Firstly, the toilet room is quite dark and lacks an air fan. Additionally, it is disconnected from the bathing area which can be a bit odd. The basin for washing hands is also separate from the shower room, which may seem unusual to some. As with many hotels in Taiwan, this one has attempted to create an ambiance but may have gone a bit overboard. Consequently, towels are scattered around and the bottled water is never fully consumed.

Well located close to Haushan 1914, the MRT which is served by the blue and orange lines, as well as great traditional breakfast across the street. We have stayed in Taipei five times and this was the best hotel. The only thing that could use improvement was the l hotel breakfast.

I will stay again when my next visit to Taipei
Walking distance to exit 1 from Zhongxiaoxinshengzhanyihao station. Two station away from Taipei station where you can take Airport MRT, HighSpeed train and TRA. Staff are friendly and helpful. I like the washlet toilet seats and provided Bath salt, although it only provide for one night where we stay two.

Very convenient location with 2 min walk to the subway station. One of the best breakfast in Taipei but suggest the restaurant to choose some of the dishes for guests that stay for few days. Also Tv channel selection is very limited and it comes to my surprise that it isn’t a smart TV.

大きなホテルだが入り口が小さくフロントが３階で判りにくいのが残念だと思う判りやすくする工夫が必要ではと思う 浴室が広く大きな浴槽と日本的な洗い場には疲れが取れる

スタッフは皆さん日本語が堪能でとても親切に対応してくださいました。お風呂が独立していて使いやすく、お部屋も綺麗でした。パジャマが無いと思って持参したのですが部屋着もありました。地下鉄の駅からも近く、次回台北に来る時も利用したいと思います。

お風呂がトイレと別れていたので、すごく快適でした。シャワーの出がすごく良くて大満足です。 ホテルで日本語が通じるので安心できました。ホテルに帰ってくるとホッとしました。 ありがとうございました。

新しく、清掃も行き届き清潔でした。大きなバスタブでゆっくり寛げます。フロントスタッフの方は日本語堪能です。朝食バイキングは和洋中どれも美味しかったです。ペットボトルのミネラルウォーターは大きいサイズですが、欲しいだけいただけます。
