It's clean and comfortable over all, considering the cost of it. However, hopefully at my next return, the Inn can upgrade the shower room with a functional shower door..... not the pain shower curtain.... draging water to the floor... a a pain.

Cheap for a reason
not so good experience. difficult to locate the hotel. call made to the service desk was also not helpful. Dont think they actually bother to give u a good guide especially if you are new to the area. took me 30 mins to find the hotel. the walls to the private room are also thin, so you can hear your neighbors snoring loudly. Its a cheap stay so don't expect much. if u want a good rest then look somewhere else.

Clean, comfortable and strong WiFi in room and lobby. Appreciate the coffee machine. Would be better if there were tea bags provided for non-coffee drinkers and service with more smiles.

Great location, bathroom not clean nor the lockers
It is a great location, but still not clean. Stayed there for a second time. The locker where your blanket and pillow are kept are not swept clean - instead - housekeeping just comes into each room == and the bathroom == with a long metal stick -- at the end of which is stick paper -- that's the extend of the cleaning. Never saw any damp moping nor any locker cleaning. Watch out for dirt from suitcase because of this. Laundry - only one dryer and the other is still broken this is my 2nd stay here - bathroom is not clean - housekeeping empties the garbage -- that's it. There is still hair on the floor and food particles in the sink despite signs being posted. Staff is really helpful and tries to help.

Sorry about your bad feeling. We will try to push housekeeper do better. Just one thing they take rubbish first but not only do that in one day. They really spend time to clean rest room. Thank you for understand.

櫃檯服務人員，服務態度有待進步 房間熱水，水壓太低，勉強可以洗澡，但要等待數分鐘才會有熱水慢慢流出，入住八晚，第七個晚上聽到其他的房客在投訴，「入住了兩個月沒有熱水」「投訴期間接無人反應」 在這位客人的投訴當晚的隔天，終於有熱水了，我房間的熱水及水壓都恢復到一定的使用方式，感謝我在入住的第八個晚上能開心舒服的洗澡

很抱歉七月有一周時間因熱水設備故障導致出問題，我們從出問題的第二天就不停的請各種水電及鍋爐師傅來檢查，但礙於設備叫貨的速度問題拖延較久，但絕非文中所言拖延達兩個月及不理會客訴，也非因為該客投訴才開始修繕。 但對於造成各位住客的不便，我們深感抱歉，謝謝您的評論。

很多女性個人安全問題應被重視
服務員以毛巾擦馬桶桶體,不知道是不是我們在沐浴用的毛巾?女廁與男廁之間的感應門,常因為有女性入內後忘了將門閉合上,就會"門戶大開",令在裡面正在淋浴的女性感到非常的擔憂.廁所內部沒有放置衛生紙,也是一項令人十分困擾的情形.洗手台放置吹風機,這個不會引起公安的疑慮嗎?雖然房費相對低價,但會住得非常地憂心.

親愛的旅客您好，打掃清潔用的布巾均為破損無法提供客人使用所以淘汰掉的布巾，與提供客人使用的毛巾是分開不混用的請您安心；女性衛浴的感應門服務員巡場時都會確認隔間門是否關閉，其餘的時間則需仰賴住宿客人的配合，櫃台也會在幫客人辦理入住時請客人協助合作隨手關門；鄰近吹風機的水龍頭已是不會出水的故障龍頭，同時女性衛浴裡也備有吹風機可以使用請您放心。 感謝您選擇灝美旅舍忠孝敦化店做為您本次台北行的落腳處，您寶貴的意見將成為我們進步的動力，期待未來還有為您服務的機會，謝謝您。

隔音太差
雖然房間乾淨精巧，公共空間設備應有盡有，但還是遮掩不住隔音效果極差的事實。基本上隔壁房的正常音量講話、手機音樂、拉窗簾聲，根本就像你有個爛室友，睡一半還以為是誰在自己方房裡，沒戴耳塞就不要來住。

普通的旅店
位於商辦大樓內，電梯內偶而會看到檳榔渣及檳榔汁，環境衛生不佳。櫃臺服務人員看見住宿來賓進門從不打招呼, 就像陌生人一樣。房間以水泥塗牆, 沒壁紙或油漆裝潢，非常單調，電視機距離沙發非常近，非常不佳，整體來看蠻普通的旅店。

這真的是我近期住過最不好的房間
雖然地點真的不錯，但是一進房間，發現電燈會閃，工作人員無法維修直接摘掉一個燈，因為那個電燈剛好在電視上方，一摘掉就變暗了，所以覺得真的不太優，而且浴室會積水，抽水馬達超大聲，會打擾睡眠，甚至還會嚇一跳，因為真的好大聲

地點 房間 都不錯 唯窗好像是開不了 通風方面不夠好 其他各方面都不錯，兩人套房的客廳也很滿意 （衛浴空間有點小）
