It’s a in a great location, within walking distance to a park, the subway, a convenience store, and a bunch of restaurants. This is a self service and self checkin hotel which we weren’t aware of though.

This place was dirty. Very dirty. Someone's hair was on the sheets, more hair on one of the towels, trash under the sink and behind the door, and the ledges were so dusty that I was afraid to set my drink on it. Fortunately housekeeping came and cleaned up after I complained, but they still didn't get the trash cleaned from under the sink or behind the entry door. I certainly won't be back.

The hotel smelled like old cigarettes, the room was small and the AC barely worked. The receptionist wanted to charge me NT$ 2,000 to extend checkout an hour.

We need to pay NT200 for early check in at 2 pm. Requested for the receipt and was told no receipt to be given. One of the night when we went back to the hotel and realised that 2 rooms at the same floor were opened. Due to safety reason, we informed the receptionist and were told that they are doing housekeeping and she questioned us back 怎么了in a impolite tone. There were also mosquitoes in the room. We will never stay in this hotel again with such poor customer service and uncomfortable environment.

Convenient location and good price.
Very god for an overnight stay in Taipei. Very close to Taipei 101 Metro stop. Hotel is actually on the lane behind Keelung Road, lane 7 Wuxing Street. Nice room and had windows.

Functional, great location. Bit run down.
Functional hotel in great location. I wouldn't use 'boutique' to describe it however as it is rather worn. Staff very nice, 2 minutes walk from Taipei 101

The staff was very nice, But the when I walked in was hot and dark... poorly cleaned room hair on the floor in the bedroom and the bathroom. Not sure who the used room slipper was for but they stay in the corner of the room.

Dirty, not worth it.
The place was very dirty. As soon as we walked in, it had a musky smell. The floor had so much hair that I was able to collect a giant hair ball in a corner. In addition, the bathroom floor had hair on the floor and the bathtub. It was like it was not clean at all. We booked for two nights and I have informed them of the condition of the room, and they said they would tell the lady to do better for the next night. Nope. It was still filthy. The bed was a queen; yet, I'm sure it was two twin size bed squeezed together as you can feel that one side is higher than the other side. Also, I stubbed my toe at the end of the bed where the two beds were misaligned. The table and the shelves were full of dust too. It was definitely not worth it to save money and book this place, highly recommend you to look for other places to live.

noisy hotel
Booked one night for New Year‘s eve, outrageous surge in price. Small lobby, the room is tiny with street noisy. They put a big chair bench on the side of the room which block the closet door. The closet door does not open unless the bench is moved but there is no space to move the bench since the room is so tiny. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beware. DO NOT STAY
Do not stay at this hotel. It's the dirtiest, worst hotel I've ever seen. There are so many cockroach crawling over the bed. But the hotel staff does not help you. I checked out 10minutes after checking in. But they will never refund you. I called hotels.com to complain but they also do nothing for you. Don't choose this hotel if you want a peaceful,comfortable stay.

Average hotel in a good location
The hotel was hard to find - the main entrance was tucked away in a small alleyway. The hotel was average with basic amenities. The noise from the street and within the hotel could be heard clearly. Overall the stay was ok since I was there only for a night and wasn't there to sleep.

friendly staff although they struggle with English. Reception staffed all night. I was welcomed at 12.30 am. They provided a good local street map free. I stayed 6 nights. There were plenty of meals available nearby, eg at a 7/11 store. Staff booked a taxi for me to the airport. The charge is a fixed price of NT1200.
