The server for the room cleaning were very friendly! The front desk servers very average in service .The hotel is very dusty every where. The breakfast is in the basement. For 5 days of stay the stairs were never vacuumed!!

Property have S/s running down. Central air is for the whole building. If you feel cold, there is no way to warm up your room.

Staff was helpful and friendly, despite our check in timing was only in the afternoon but they were super nice enough to allow us to check in earlier due to the availability of rooms :) highly recommended! 😁😋

Staff gets overwhelmed when plenty 3-4 people are checking in or out as she is alone working. No carts to carry luggage to rooms sp when have > 2 luggages.and no one to help you.

Great location!
It was a great location at a very reasonable price with a good breakfast to get you going for the day. The room was a bit cool which we couldn't seem to adjust so they provided us with an electric heater. Our room, a corner unit, was great for having a sound sleep. Would certainly recommend the hotel for budget conscious travellers visiting Taipei and beyond.

Condition: Room was carpeted and the carpet flooring of the room i stayed (Rm 516) was extremely dirty - full of stains that we didn't dare to step on. Thankful slippers were provided. Room cleaning: They were so eco that they only dod waste clearing and towel changing daily. Third day supposed to do bed making. We were surprised that it didn't mean bedsheets changing. They only make bed, and trust me, a child can make the bed neater. They merely pull the quilt up and nothing else. Service staff at reception: Ive never seen service staff at hotels using phone while on duty. Even when i asked questions, over 4 days only half of them were attentive and service oriented. I think they need to retrain their staff. Breakfast: Not a wide spread, but decent. Those who didnt like chinese dishes will have fewer options. Location: Very good. Short walk to taipei main station Will not go back to this hotel again.

Rooms are decently large, but wow this place is not very clean or well maintained. The carpets are stained everywhere you look, and the entire building is musty, damp, and overall kinda gross. Dehumidifiers are everywhere in hallways. Out room, which was specifically booked as NOT a windowless room, basically looked at another wall of the hotel itself. Really no view. But worst of all, the room had an electrical issue where two of the lights would not fully shut off no matter how many of the switches you hit, and one flickered all night. Staff didn’t address the issue or offer to change rooms and gaslit us to say we didn’t hit the right switch. It’s close to Main Station, but only the THSR and airport MRT. The red/blue metro lines are a long walk away, maybe 15 minutes diagonally across Main Station.

Thank you very much for choosing to stay in our hotel. We have asked the manufacturer to clean the carpet several times due to stains, but with little success. Regarding the humidity problem in the guest rooms, the weather in Taiwan is relatively humid. Hotels have installed dehumidifiers to try to maintain the condition of the rooms. , the weather in Taiwan is about to plummet recently, I am really sorry for causing you discomfort, and thank you very much for your criticism and correction.In addition, MRT-Taipei Station itself is located downstairs of the high-speed rail. If you are not sure about the exact location, the service staff at the counter can answer your questions.For the part where the lights in the room are flickering, we will immediately ask the construction staff to investigate. We will receive a report that the problem has been solved later. If the problem still exists at that time, you can report it to the counter staff immediately, and we will handle it for you later.

The hotel is marketed as VIP special access hotel in hotels.com. So I chose this hotel. But, with my Gold membership, I was not offered any VIP benefits. The staff told me only entitled to a welcome drink for VIP but also did not give any. Very poor service.

Nice hotel, good location
Short stay in this hotel, location is convenient. Only a short ride from Taipei main station, cost NT100 by taxi; or 15 minutes walk along the main road, directly to airport express, Taipei station. Many shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel is clean and busy, breakfast available in the basement, not much choice, quantity adequate. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, checking in or out is fast.
