The hotel is near to three MRT stations including the taipei main station. It is walkable to ximen which is good when you love shopping. It is convenient to walk day and night. My tips is to use the NTU station red line instead of directly coming from taipei main station because navigating the exits can be challenging since taipei main stations have many exits and connections to other underground malls. Which many do not have escalators and elevators. Choose either ximen and ntu hospital MRT when you come to this hotel. Save lots of time

Very great hotel. We are staying on our 1st 3 days in Taiwan. After visiting other cities, we are coming back to this hotel before heading back to Bali. So we requested the hotel to keep our luggage so we can collect them after the visits. The hotel have a small but cozy room. I think it is well enough for budget hotel. They have many snacks and amenities so we’re well fed during our trips. Lol. Will come back again to this hotel or any fawn group hotels in the future, especially we weren’t able to visit hualien due to earthquake during our visit.

For the price - Finders is an awesome value. Staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately - if there are an issues with your room at night - it will have to wait until maintenance comes in at 9 am in the morning. Climate controls in our room errored out twice during our 11 11-day stay. Room got a kitty uncomfortable while sleeping. Other than that good price AND very firm bed.

Close to the excitement of Ximen area but much calmer and less overwhelming. Huge number of restaurants nearby (easy to find healthy options). Hearty breakfast buffet. I paid for the night before I arrived so that I could enjoy breakfast and a nap after my long flight from Toronto. Well worth it.

Finders hotel has an excellent location, only a few blocks from Taipei Main Station for all your transportation needs. The Taipei Peace Park is also only a block away which beautiful and serene. You really can’t ask for a more accommodating staff, and the rooms are very clean and elegant, you should book right now.

Cup noodles and snacks are aplenty and replenished often. Front desk staff are helpful and Jessica even helped us move our luggage upstairs to wait for our airport transfer. Room was a decent size (we had 3 large suitcases and 1 hand carry). Walls are a little thin (I heard our 'neighbour' snoring a couple of nights). Bed was ok, mom loved it as it was a little on the firm side. Duvet was light and warm. Pleasant stay for the price and location. Note the walk to NTU hospital MRT station is much easier (cut through 228 peace park) than walking from Taipei main MRT station.

This hotel occupies a few floors of the commercial building that were reconfigured for hotel use. Apart from the LGBTQ deco at the lobby which was unnecessary, this hotel is good for budget travellers. However if I’m travelling with family I will definitely go somewhere else.

Great place! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Easy check in, great amenities and happy there was laundry!!! Coming back in a weeks time after exploring the south but would definitely stay again in the future

Finders Hotel was easy to find. The area around smelled and there were cockroaches and a homeless person nearby on a sidewalk. There were many small restaurants in walkable distance to find something to eat or drink. It was really close to Peace Park, which even though at night time felt safe to walk through (there’s cameras and lots of lamps for light). It made it convenient to catch the nearest MRT metro and buses too (within 10 minutes from the hotel). The hotel shares a building with another hotel, which seemed odd. Our room had no windows. The bed was hard, but sufficed. The shower just leaked water all over the bathroom floor. I had to request for another set of towels so as to not slip in water all over the floor. The carpet felt dirty, but at least they provided house slippers to use. The lobby is the coolest I’ve encountered. The hotel provided free Coca-Cola and Sprite, instant ramen, and small snacks for free. Overall, this an average place to stay at with a low cost.

Great staff and snacks
Great staff, very helpful. Very small rooms for American standards. We made it work. The free snacks were a nice addition.

The location is very central and very accessible for transportation. The common area is inviting and has complimentary snacks available. The bed is on hard side and uncomfortable as you can feel the springs underneath. Our wifi was also unavailable for 6 hours and no compensation was provided. Overall a good stay but not great.
