I have a total 8-night stay and I was not disappointed even though my last stay is nearly 10 years ago (always sold out). Not to repeat what's well known, I particularly want to point out a few very rare personalities. First of all, the staff communicates with their guests before, during, and after the visit. They email you potential on-site activities during your stay, send instructions for check-in, check on staff during the stay, and send warm goodbye when you check out. The staff both front desk and service members are very well trained -- no less than those in a 6-star hotel. I particularly want to thank Kim(berly) who shows great energy and enthusiasm to her job and guests. Her greeting and smile every morning brighten our day and make the stay very much like coming home. Thanks to all the staff whom I met in this trip!
