Attentive and friendly staff. Nice room with an excellent shower. Room ac keep the temp just right. Breakfast staff were on top of everything keeping the food fresh and the area clean and in order

we will come back
The hotel location was great! It was close to the Metro station and also close to the famous Yongkang Road for food and shopping. The hotel front desk was helpful. The room was clean and breakfast was good. Overall we had a very good experience here. We will come back next time when we are in Taipei. Thank you all!

Good location, close to public transportation. Staff able to communicate in English and were pleasant. Breakfast was pretty good in my opinion. The room I stayed in was comfortable, quiet, and had good climate control. I would stay here again.

The furniture and washroom equipment
we have stayed in this hotel for 4 times in the last few years. We enjoyed the stay, hotel is comfortable, location is convenient to restaurants and transportation, staff are very helpful to resolve questions, the rooms are in good shape. Some furniture may be a little worn down, the bed at certain location was not as supportive, the cleaning function of the toilet seat was not working.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is especially good. You have a lot of choices and you can fill up before you start your day! Getting taxi is easy. I like their laundry and I can bring home clean clothes rather than sweaty and smelly clothes. With the hot and humid July weather the laundry service is a must for me. Overall I love this hotel. Definitely will come back to this hotel if I come back to Taiwan.

This is a good, business-standard hotel in central Taipei near the Dongmen MRT station. Lots of food and shops nearby. Rooms are small, but nicely appointed, with a nice bathroom. There is a self-service laundry on the roof. Helpful staff and an excellent breakfast.

The room is small but worth the price we paid. Room is clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. The best is the breakfast buffet and the laundry service! The breakfast buffet has adequate varieties and tasteful too. Is is a good hotel for the price.

The staff is kind and hospitable. Very clean room, and I appreciate the toothpaste among the toiletries. It is in an urban setting however noise was not a problem. I would stay here again.

Near to Dongmen Station via Exit 2, about 10 mins walk. Near to the Dongmen Public Market and shopping area from Dongmen Station exit 5. Near to Da'an Park, which is a stone's throw away from Taipei 101. 1 metro stop away from CSK Memorial Hall. This is accessible on the metro Red Line which goes all the way to Tamsui and Shilin.

The location of the hotel was excellent... Very near to the train station 3 minutes walk dongmen station and there’s also a bus stop right at the front Staff are very friendly and really helpful with all of our needs The room was tiny but cozy! Everything we needed was there bed was also comfy Breakfast was included in our deal and it also good plenty of choices and there’s always different option in the morning my boyfriend loved it so much! I cannot express more how much good is this hotel and if we do come back to Taipei again we will definitely stay here again!

Excellent Location and Service! Location is 5-10 minute walk to three separate subway lines and 15 minute drive to Taipei Station. Many good markets, food stalls, and grocery stores nearby. Staff was very accommodating and understanding. Side story, I lost my phone in a taxi during my first night and Wallace helped us for days until it was found, many thanks!

It was one of the most wonderful hotels that we had stayed and travelled in Taiwan for years. We were very pleased on the hotel room size, breakfast, location which is close to MTR, local farmer market, restaurants and more. Absolutely we will come back to stay in the future.
