Taipei extended residence.

CK is not a hotel. It is a serviced apartment and as such certain things are to be expected. They declare this at check in as well. No front desk, check in is by appt during extended business hours but not 24 hrs. Door key is given and service is light housekeeping daily, extended (big) clean and sheet change weekly. Large fridge is nice. As is washing machine. The decoration is not an open plan and felt constricted but allows for a lot of storage in a small space. Full sized bath tub for those who need it. Pool available for small charge. Overall a VERY CONVENIENT location between Qingguang market and Local night market foodstalls. 6+ convenience store, small super markets within 5 min walk. Lots of bus stops and 7-10 min walk to MRT. Car traffic is tough. Underground parking is for long term residents only. Nong ‘An road is narrow and tight except at nocturnal hours.

Comfortable clean apartment

The apartment was great but only one saucepan for cooking. Unfortunately the fitness room was closed due to coronavirus precautions. The area is pleasant and MRT station not too far.

A good place to stay overall.

I like the place. Service is great and the location is good. The only things I don't like are the sofa and the bed. Both of them are too soft and the sofa looks old. However, I would definitely going back to the same building when I have a chance visiting Taipei again.

Location was great, sometimes smelled sewage from bathroom, have small fruit flies was a bit annoying, otherwise it was in a very convenient location

The property is very nice and clean. The room is bigger than we thought. The staff is very helpful and service-minded. Although, it is a bit far from MRT exit, but it is near to many restaurants and family mart.

Great location with decent price

It is amazing price with great location, easy to access everywhere in Taipei, many food choice nearby at downstairs. Good for short stay visiting at Taipei. Their employee is very friendly.

Good value for money

The price is good considering it can sleep 3 people , with a double bedroom and a small single bed area . The toilet has good size and the apartment truly feels like home . The location is a bit far off from the city center area so we took taxi mostly and cost about NTD 200 a trip . I was not able to find the gym . And we were told we only get one day of water and we need to buy our own water on the second and third days .

Nice!!!

We loved the amenities in the unit where we stay, especially the washing machine. We also enjoyed the pool. Although there is a fee per person, child under 13 years old swam was free. My wife wanted to stay here again when we would visit Tain again.

Good for long stay but need better cleaning

The best thing is location. Lots of local foods, drinks, bakeries. Convenient for long stay. However, inside room needs more thorough cleaning and disinfections. My room always have small ants and little bugs flying around, regardless there was an open food or not (and I didn't cook in large scale- only instant noodles). Some rooms still have food smell left (possibly previous guesses cooked a lot). Very limited cooking tools and utensils. I bought some more necessities at nearby store (which was not bad after all since the store sells a lot of things).

Comfortable apartment for a family

Comfortable and quiet apartment with two bedrooms, a living room and kitchen. The wash machine was a nice plus. Excellent WiFi. Large beds. Short walk to the MRT.

The room is a good size with a balcony. The facilities included, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine, Cooker Hob, Dishwasher, Microwave, air conditioning, Internet & TV. The position is great. Surrounded by all sorts of useful shops and very close to a street food market. A ten minute walk to the amazing Maji Square and two different MRT stations. Communication with management was done through WhatsApp and they replied almost immediately. They also arranged the journey from (and back to the airport) good service.

The building is next to the Qingguang Market, about 10 min walk to the MRT and less than 5 min to major bus lines. The whole building is a serviced residence, however, the lobby reception will not provide you any services other than CK which can be easily reached via tel or line. The room is spacious with a huge wardrobe (not sure other rooms the same). It's a pretty new building otherwise exceptionally well maintained. The bathroom is clean, spacious with a hot tub con shower. A balcony overlooking the city, washing/drying machine, microwave etc are all there.

Good location. Near night market and pubs. Starbucks and BK close buy. Nice roof top pool and reception/ lobby. Nice to have a kitchen with washer and dryer. Rooms are small with wear and tear. Cheap and worn furniture. Good for one person/ tight with 2. Pictures on web page are not true representation of rooms (definite marketing/ photoshop slant). No late checkout.

The residence is good but the staff in the hotel doesnt know what hospitality Is! They are disrespectful and we felt discriminated by them. I will never recommend this hotel ever!!!!

It was a very nice and convinient apartment, the highlight was the balcony view, really nice view. The only thing i did not like so much was the bed. It was smaller than i expected and a bit hard. Im six feet tall and lying straight on it meant my feet will stick out. However overalll i did enjoy my state there and will definitely recomended it.

地點很好，房間寬敞！

房間沒甚麼可批評，一切都很好！可惜游泳池沒有開。若果有開就更完美了! 最好有些基本的茶包和咖啡供應，這樣就更好。退房的過程有點問題，因店方叫我放下鎖匙在房間即可離開，但電梯卻要鎖匙的感應才可啟動(下行也要鎖匙)，我試了好幾次也下不到樓，結果要勞煩替我收拾房間的工作人員替我啟動電梯才可以。這個退房的安排和電梯的設計實在不合理，望能改善。

您好首先感謝您撥空為我們填寫評論。泳池的部分由於不隸屬我們管理，因此開放時間皆依照大樓管理委員會規定(約夏季6-10月)。退房的部分，基本上大樓僅只有正面電梯搭至一樓大廳是不需使用鑰匙感應，這個部份可能是當初入住時沒有和您說明清楚，感謝您的體諒。以上建議我們會盡可能做改善，再次感謝您的入住。謝謝。

Good ACOM near metro

Good ACOM near the Metro. I liked staying here, free gym and nice room. Own washing machine and dryer for clothes. Easy to get where I needed. Swimming pool 100NT for a day = 5 bucks NZD which is fine on top of the room cost. Would recommend.
