"Our stay at the hotel was great! The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. I loved the thoughtful anniversary decorations, which made the occasion special. They also allowed a late check-out and provided pillows with the perfect firmness for a great night's sleep. "This is the third time we stayed at The St. Regis Macao. Everything is as good as before. This time we stay there to celebrate my wife's birthday. They gave us a complimentary birthday cake and arrange a beautiful balloon stand together with 2 very cute teddy bear butlers put it in room. A lady butler who take care of our room name Alison is very friendly and helpful. "
"We enjoyed our stay at the Venetian so much. The room is very specious. The resort is equipped with a indoor playroom, swimming pools, and the biggest shopping mall in Macau. The resort is also connected to the Londoner, the Parisian, Four Seasons, St. Regis, and Conrad. We literally stayed at the resort for 3 days without having to go outside. So much to do, to see, and to experience. Highly recommend the Venetian if you are looking for an all-inclusive place to stay in Macau. 😍 We will definitely be back again. "
"Great value for their Junior suites. Spacious and well set up suites with everything you need. Staff is very accommodating and they send a porter to walk you to your room and when you are leaving if you like as well as carrying your bags etc. Great old world service
