Really loved our stay at this property! Spacious room and love balcony. Small hotel that was perfect for our family and the area was wonderful to walk around and explore. The spa was a lovely bonus although we didn’t realize it wasn’t a service spa until our last day so we weren’t able to use it as much. We also didn’t realize we had to reserve for the restaurant and weren’t able to eat there one of the evenings, but got pizza from across the street and it was perfect. Staff were friendly and it was very peaceful. Also great black out blinds!

Really nice hotel, we didn't get the room we booked so it was smaller than we were expecting, but it was comfortable and clean. It was very quiet and faced the rear of the property. Good car park with a code so it felt very safe.

Lovely area and hotel

Very nice hotel with nice poolarea - and a wellness area. Note that you only have 30 minutes spa included. We had a room for four- very nice and big with a balcony and a good sleepingcouch. Nice area - dont miss a walk in the winefields just next to the hotel - no need to book a tour, you can just take a walk up the hill and enjoy a magnificient view of the valley and the river. And - there is free parking - just ask in the reception

Total hidden gem. Hotel does not disappoint!!!

Your hotel is beautiful, However your staff are the real reason I am writing this review. Above and beyond kindness and very helpful. I would stay here again. The breakfast was delightful. Though your spa is so amazing, I went 2x a day. I would suggest making your jacuzzi much warmer for the weary traveler needing to soak their sore back. I was there on Sunday and Monday. It would have been nice for the bar and restaurant were open. I feel like I missed a real treat!

Hidden gem of a property. Lovely and helpful staff. Had a light meal at the restaurant which was beautifully presented. Enjoyed using the gym, but could be improved by some drinking water in the fridge and some towels. Rooms could be improved by ceramic cups rather than disposable ones for tea and coffee. Otherwise perfect. Nice safe parking in enclosed courtyard. Would definitely stay again, highly recommended.

Parking conveniently in courtyard if hotel. Pool small but nice. Paintwork in rooms a bit tired, and doorless shower meant water went everywhere. Room looked over a road with more noise than expected at night. Nice orange juice squeezing machine at breakfast.

Impersonally run hotel which is run rulesbased. First time ever that we entered a hotel where we could not check in but could come back at 15.00. We did not feel welcome at all.

The reception and bar area smelt strongly of drains, the bar was closed as it was Monday, no wines even available. Very disappointing stay and we expected better from the Chapoutier name.

Not sure how this hotel is rated 4 star. Total dump and the staff could care less. Room was dirty and smelled of mold and cigarettes. Flies and mosquitoes everywhere in the room. It was disgusting so we checked out early. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. What a disappointment. 1 star

La chambre n'est absolument pas au niveau d'un hôtel qui possède 4 étoiles. Murs égratignés, peinture à refaire, portes en piteuses états et la cerise sur le gâteau, une acoustique déplorable ! Tant dans les couloirs qu'a l'intérieur de la chambre les prestations ne correspondant pas au standing de l'hôtel. Seul point positif les équipements communs. Nous ne reviendront pas !
