I like Lavande, hotel standard is pretty nice, including breakfast is the plus. I will book Lavande hotel in China next time.

The room was spotless clean , The breakfast was amazing with variety of food items . They weee very tasty . Then staff was great and responsive to our needs . Beautiful and historic Hotel . Would visit again

Our stay at the Gran Melia Xi'an was nothing short of perfection and exceeded all our expectations. The hotel staff is truly outstanding. At every turn, they were incredibly friendly, professional, and immensely helpful. We were always greeted with a smile, and they were prepared to accommodate every request, which elevated our entire vacation experience. Our room (a suite) was perfect – elegantly appointed, spacious, impeccably clean, and with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I would like to give a special mention to the hotel's Lounge. The food and beverage offerings were excellent, but what was particularly impressive was the staff in the lounge. They were so attentive, friendly, and discreet, making us feel truly valued. They are the true gem of this hotel. I highly recommend the Gran Melia to anyone seeking an authentic and luxurious experience in Xi'an. You will feel that your choice was the right one for the quality of service and comfort. We will definitely be returning.

Canadian Tourists Review : We had an amazing stay at the W in Xi’an. The staff was wonderful and spoke English very well as we needed help to navigate our adventures! The hotel is extremely stylish and the interior architecture is mind blowing! Could use a bit more lighting in the lobby at night, but radiates an amazing mood and atmosphere. The room was very clean, spacious and stylish with a very quiet air conditioning that allowed us to sleep soundly at night! It was also well equipped with Dyson and Magic Toilets! The dining options were great in and around the hotel depending on your taste and if not, you can walk to a very luxurious shopping / grocery mall not too far away! TIP - ROOM VIEW : Book the Park / Garden view as the City View is a wall of condo buildings! We would definitely come back without question and they definitely put the W franchise on our radar!

Clean rooms, but the staff did not speak English - unusual for a 5-star international hotel. Had to use a google translator. Breakfast was so-so. Large, imposing building suitable for events, but not for family vacations.
