Nice room in young area :)
The stay was lovely. Nice and welcoming staff. My room was nice and cozy, with a big window overlooking a shopping promenade, where there are at least two convenience stores open 24/7. Basic amenities provided. Although there were no free bottles of water in the room, there's a hot and cold water machine in the nearby staircase. The neighborhood is part of the Yizhong night market and shopping area, with a young and energetic atmosphere. In the evening, there was a live music show on the promenade. Many bus lines run on nearby Sanmin Road or Jinnan St. and it's very easy to go to most parts of town, including the TRA train station and the High Speed Rail station.

Staff Eric is very friendly and helpful!
Staff is accommodating to our check in timing. Cleanliness of room is fair. Need to climb stairs for certain rooms. The lift is not accessible to every floor.

Convenient location and nice room
Very convenient location inside the Yizhong shopping complex. Many buses for going to Taichung Train Station or the High Speed Rail station (Line 159 at Juguang Xincheng莒光新城 stop). I had a bright and functional high-floor room that was quite spacious.

This time I had a bright sunny and reasonably comfortable room on the top floor with big window and nice view of neighborhood. A big desk for work.

Room is clean, facilities are good, stay here very comfortable, it's not far from night market, but not noisy, can shop and eat easily, hotel staff are friendly and helpful. 服务都很好，离市场很近，但是一点都不闹，房间很清洁，用品都有，交通很方便，服务员都给很多帮助，介绍吃、玩、购物的地方很多，人很好。

純休息，cp值還不錯
平均一人不到200，cp值ok 床的彈簧很明顯，可以換了 房間沒有冰箱，飲水機在樓下（沒有電梯） 如果是純休息是可以推薦，離一中鬧區很近 如果是享受設施的話，不推薦

我應該會選擇不再入住
年輕背包客,只要有地方睡的,其實還算方便,商圈樓上而已,但是外國旅客或是攜家帶眷的請千萬要考慮清楚,因為上下樓只有樓梯,很窄的樓梯,扛行李上下樓,請自己保重吧,跟主人反應是不是可以給樓層低一點的,直接當沒有聽到,再來就是辦理住宿請千萬要有耐心,因為很可能前一個旅客的訂房資訊有問題,主人會秉持了先來後到的精神,先把前面的客人處裡完帶去房間之後才會換下一個,我大概平常沒有做好事, 所以我光等要check in就等了一個小時,對 我枯等了一個小時, 沒有冷氣 沒有水 揹著孩子等了一個小時,結果我只花了三分鐘就完成了登記, 所以,要是平常沒做好事,那就千萬要有無比的耐心跟耐熱憋尿的決心

The first day we live in the house, the sofa is dirty and have some hairs in the sofa. Then, the white sheets are dirty and when finished the first night in the hostel. I felt m skin a little bit redness and itchy. Then, we cannot contact the hostel through phone and we chat. When we walked to the office, there are two staffs but did not speak Chinese, and I used English to talk with them and they gave me a phone number to contact the staff in the hostel. Luckily, we could have another room to change, and that was a bit better than before. Therefore, I hope the hostel can do better cleaning the room and the bed sheets. Thanks.near

環境好好 不錯 晚上可以在樓下坐椅子 吹吹風聽聽歌 買野飲買野食。 方便買東西 d床瞓好舒服。 交通方便 可行去台中車站。 這個旅遊 去得好開心

民宿的名字並不是叫台中小牛先生 令我們無法向途人問路 客服電話不接 LINE 又不回信
空間感大, 但裝潢有點舊, 略嫌有點兒污糟, 與圖片有差異, 洗手間去水有異味. 整體上從價錢而言可接受.

它們家沒有門面,是在夜市旁邊大樓的出租房間,不過有人會帶你去你的房間,房間還算大,也算乾淨,但是半夜的時候聽到怪房客在吵架在摔東西,隔音效果不太好

原本除了沒燒水的水壺外其他還很滿意，但是今天聯絡不上人，也沒有先告訴房間，神神密密，好像非法經營，這種感覺很差，沒將客人權益放在心上。聯絡處沒人，所留電話都沒人接，狠狠的讓我流浪街道四小時，聯絡客服一小時，聯絡小牛三小時，手機從飽電到沒電。

小牛，不錯的生活
職員很好，我第一次不懂得去就whatsapp教我去。唯一美中不足星是沒有電梯。但是附離一中夜市很近。

沒有電梯 走到樓上登記之後 還要年行李箱上樓 之後還要在很窄的樓梯上再上樓 如果是背包官就不錯 如果有要買東西的我就覺得拿行李箱走走走去 回家下樓還難痛苦的

恐怖的蟑螂
連住兩天，第一天看似乾淨，第二天卻在床上看見蟑螂，整個崩潰啊！！！且門縫超大，隔音也很差，最受不了是有蟑螂在床上爬，整個根本無法睡得安穩，實在是很糟的住宿。

這次是第二次入住小牛先生，交通方便，附近就是熱鬧的一中商圈，要去逢甲的畫搭計程車也只要250左右，多人評分還是比搭公車方便又迅速，下次如果有到台中遊玩還是會選擇小牛先生的!

新しくて綺麗清掃も行き届いているただしたどり着ければ
民泊で看板が一つもないため入り口が分からない。 hotels.comで送られてくる地図の場所は間違い。gmailをgooglemapに自動的にプロットしてくれる小牛先生の場所が正解。 その場所についたらエスカレーターを二階にあがり180度ターンしてすぐ突き当たる廊下を道なりに左に歩いていった一番奥の部屋がフロント。 部屋は新しくて綺麗。清掃も行き届いている。ホテルの人も親切。 場所のわかりにくささえなければコスパ良し。

很便宜，缺點就是沒有明顯的服務櫃檯，對於外地乃至於第一次入住的人很不方便，要打電話不斷詢問位置。沒有感應鑰匙，只有統一密碼鎖，而且是非常簡易的號碼穰人覺得很應付。

附近生活機能不錯，但不是正式的飯店，我沒住過民宿，這可能比較像房間數多的學校宿舍吧，管理人員晚上八點就急著下班去了，不像飯店24小時有前台人員，根本沒有前台，只有一間辦公室跟辦公桌，還得自己辦理入住手續，價格是比一般飯店便宜沒錯，不過這個價差與服務，我下次會選正式的飯店，感覺也比較安全，感覺若真的出了事，也比較有保障。

Chambre bon marche mais basique
C'etait la 2e fois que j'ai sejourne dans cet etablissement. La premiere fois c'etait tres bien, on m'a donne une tres grande chambre avec coin salon. Cette fois-ci, la chambre etait toute petite, avec juste un lit, un televiseur et une petite salle de douche, pas de bureau ni de chaise (juste une toute petite table basse a cote du lit), pas de frigo, pas de bouilloire, pas de bouteilles d'eau, pas d'armoire, fenetre toute petite situe en haut du mur. La chambre etait situee a cote de la porte d'entree de la "maison" (qui fait partie d'un vaste ensemble d'habitations multi-etages) et en bas de l'escalier, donc assez bruyante. Pour le 2e jour, j'ai demande une autre chambre a l'etage et avec une plus grande fenetre, c'etait mieux et legerement plus grand (mais toujours sans bureau/table, sans chaise, sans frigo), mais la plupart du temps le Wifi ne fonctionnait pas. En somme, si c'est juste pour dormir, ca va. Le "upgrade" pour une grande chambre depend de la chance.

感覺有點被訂房照片給騙.....不值1500
明明訂的是2人房，去入住登記時卻說免費幫我們升級成4人房 1.房間隔音極差/2.牆壁壁掉漆一堆/3.馬桶沖水超難按/4.洗澡水壓有夠小的害的我不敢洗頭/ 5.最誇張的是到了晚上11點要洗澡是5浴室燈壞了. 我們還自己更換 下次不會再訂，也不會推薦給其他人
