nothing good can say about this property. the a/c didn’t work, the room smelled bad, awful smell from the bathroom. we complained to the staff and asked for another room but the one they were giving us was for 1 person and there were two staying in the room. they said they brought the issues to the manager but they didn’t do anything about it. worst place ever!!!

The rooms are dated but clean. The staff were very friendly and attentive. There was an issue in our room and they offered to transfer us to another room right away. We declined as we were already settled and the issue was not a big deal but we appreciate the initiative. Will book this place again if we ever are in the area.

Disappointing

We first mistakenly arrived at a different place with the same name. The view is obviously paradise, and it was nice to have the balcony. But the rooms are full of ants and other bugs, and the sheets aren't the most clean, although you're warned not to stain them. The diner is closing very early, at 20:00. Breakfasts are prepared on spot by request - a quite limited variety, but ok.

Breakfast is minimal and very bland, coffee did not tastes good. Extra pillows are 50pesos each. Towels are torn and dingy. View at the terrace and the dining room is awesome. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Wifi is not available inside the room, only available at the lobby area!

Well, the view you get is superb, no doubt, but we paid over $500 for 2 nights ,but unfortunately, our family room doesnt have a fridge, no coffee set up, no blower, no kettle. :( not worth it for $500. I wish it'll improve in the future.
