It's a small hotel in a very good location. Rooms are tiny but clean and comfortable. Bathroom is very small but very convenient. Breakfast is at a very small coffee shope at the train station. Not so good. Limited choice and not efficient in the morning. There are other, better choices around. All at all i will go there again.

Great hotel! The staff are super nice, very clean, spacious room, and attached to the Tachikawa Train Station. All the eateries and shopping are all around, just a few steps away. Great variety of restaurants and the ones we tried are all so delicious. It’s located in a pretty city too, so we highly recommend you stroll around town. Most of the people we’ve encountered spoke English so made it easy to buy things or ask for help. It is 40-50 mins train ride from Tokyo station, however it didn’t bother us as we wanted to spend more time on the outskirts of Tokyo. Will stay here again when we’re in the area next time.

Great location. Attached to Tachikawa station. 2 minute walk from great places to eat and shop like Ichiran Ramen, Mos Burger, Donki and Bic Camera. Super clean hotel and very friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again.

JR East Hotel Mets Tachikawa is a great place to stay. Super convenient! It is located above the Tachikawa station, so easy access to any other place. Lots of great shopping, restaurants, and very nice coffee places. And just a couple of minutes to walk to Showa Kinen Park.

Great location. Located very close to Tachikawa station, many stores, restaurants, cafes… all within a few minutes walking distance. Hotel staff was very attentive and helpful.

Early morning access from the JR station level was restricted so you have to go to ground floor level and use your room card to gain access into the hotel. The ground floor entrance is slightly difficult to find for me.

Room was exactly as stated and very comfortable. Great location at a JR station no noise from the below trains. Staff were most helpful especially as we spoke no japanese.

Great location with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby, right above the major train and the bus line. The room is clean but could be cold and dry at night so turning on the AC and the humidifier would be necessary. The sound proof could also be better.

Good budget hotel for a short stay. The location is convenient, right at the train station. Lots of cafes/restaurants/shops to visit. Hotel room was average. Found someone’s socks on the chair in the room, which was concerning due to cleanliness! Overall, average hotel, good for a short stay.

Great location to shops, food, and train station. Very nice staff. No need to fill your suitcase with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. All is provided in full size. Also, toothbrush, toothpaste, razors, and a few other small toiletries are provided in room.

Located in Tachikawa station, everything is a minute away. Accidentally, I reserved smoking room. But the air purifier cleaned all smell and didn’t feel I stayed in the smoking room. Comfortably small room, has everything you need, of course hi speed WiFi. Definitely I will stay again.

Good location. Higher floors are relatively quite than lower floors. Refrigerator was malfunctioning. Smoking room was only avaiable for the nights.
