"The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff provided excellent service. The public spaces were beautiful. The restaurant food was good. The only downside was the main city center is around a 35 minute walk or 10 minute drive from the hotel, which didn't bother us much at all. It was only about 10-15 soles to take a cab or tuktuk."

"We drove around for 1/2 hour searching for this hotel, up and down dirt roads in a 4x4. Could not find it. Phoned the hotel, no answer. So we booked another hotel down the highway. Sure hope hotels.com refunds my purchase"

"The location of the room was perfect, slightly separate from a lot of the other floating islands and so it felt more secluded. It was amazing waking up to the beautiful view in the morning. We went with the owner, Nestor, on a trip which was far better than the other organised tours. Nestor was friendly and talked us through everything to with the islands, the culture and the tourism. "
