「Some of the best hospitality I’ve experienced in a long time was provided by the friendly and helpful host. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this place for an authentic UK atmosphere. We loved the environment and can’t wait to see the vision of the remodel work. We’ll definitely be visiting again! Located in a small town with friendly locals.」

「Just great - unique and cosy - the most comfortable bed ever」

「Room was clean, quiet and just what I needed. On-site restaurant was also great: food was wonderful, and staff were excellent!」

「Clean room and great staff」

「Great staff lovely homely feeling.」

「Lindsay was a really nice host, we could have what we wanted for breakfast, there was tea, coffee sugar and milk in the room. Our room was very spacious and bathroom was very large and well layed out, our room looked out on to the garden which was nice.」

「There was a golden wedding lunch party on the Saturday I stayed and one couple brought their dog which constantly yapped all afternoon when they left it outside in the garden. It did not make for a very relaxing afternoon reading on the terrace.」

「We were sorry we didn’t have more time to stay here. It was so quiet and serene in a rural setting Our host was amazing! Went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The property is perfectly located if you need to catch a plane the next day from Gatwick airport. With the kind help of our host, we caught a bus to the terminal we needed the next morning. We didn’t have a car so our host helped us get to a pub nearby. Highly recommend!」

「Lovely rooms with streaming in the tv Nespresso coffee always a plus. Usual amenities, good food offer & reasonably priced. Highly recommend, lovely area with a local village store & post office which is great」

「This hotel was well located for Gatwick airport. It was clean and well maintained with good sized rooms. Breakfast consisted of a cooked to order breakfast and continental buffet. The hotel was quiet except for the planes but that is to be expected at a hotel so close and convenient to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.」
