「アンコールワットに一番近いホテルだということと、普通のホテルではなく現地の方の家のような外観に惹かれ宿泊しました。 カンボジアの伝統的な家の2階が客室、1階の屋根の下で朝食や夕食を食べました。 朝食と夕食はお母さんの手作りで、とても美味しかったです。 客室は広く、宿泊者は基本的に1組限定という感じでしたので、広々自由に使うことができました。wifiも快適に繋がりました。 都会のホテルでは味わえない、ローカルな文化を感じることができ、とても良い経験になりました。 」

「It was a wonderfully relaxing stay. The entire place has a warm, cozy atmosphere, and all the furniture is made of solid wood, giving it a natural and elegant feel. The water pressure was strong and the hot water was steady—perfect for a soothing shower. The spa experience was also excellent, with a calming ambiance and pleasant aroma that helped me fully unwind. Overall, it was a truly rejuvenating stay that I’d highly recommend.」

「The property has terrific staff but is a bit out of the way and very limited facilities. The rooms feel a bit strange with the shower and toilet in the rear of the property, which is not entirely enclosed. The bath tub was not clean. Overall the hotel has the potential to be a lovely retreat but falls a bit short in some key ways. Airport taxi return booked through the hotel did not turn up but the staff were excellent and made very quick alternative arrangements.」

「相片和期望不乎，職員帶我地去suite 門口時，門外地板係掘空既，跟本入唔到門口，但職員似乎無行動去處理，直到我要求處理先處理好地板，但間房原來水喉水量唔夠，只可以浸浴先夠水洗澡，而熱水都唔夠熱，所以私人桑拿都係唔夠熱，床都係唔平，訓得唔係咁好；第二日終於有另一職員幫手處理床既問題，但此終都係解決唔到水既問題。 希望酒店可以認真解決設施既各個問題。」

「The room I originally booked they advised me during check in that it was full. I’m not sure if that was done on purpose. I asked for a refund of the difference and they told me they couldn’t and offered other services instead. It’s a bit hard to believe that a hotel has overbooked when everything was done online and the fact I couldn’t get a refund for the difference. 「The resort is located at the middle between Angkor Wat and the middle of the downtown. Travelling to Angkor for sunrise or sunset takes about 15 minutes ride. Hotel staff are helpful on every matters, from the choice of food or getting help on reservation of restaurants, or recommending restaurants in the city.
