「An outstanding hotel. We're were first time skiers and could not recommend this place enough for making it such an enjoyable experience. The shuttle up to the gondola and ski lockers made life so nice and the food, spa etc were all top notch. Lovely staff and vibe.」

「Espectacular 」

「The hotel is very clean and friendly. A nice sitting area next to the restaurant. My gripes are as follows: (1) breakfast has coffee machines with the sugar added to the milk. So impossible to get a good coffee with breakfast unless you like sweet coffee. You can add cold milk to black coffee but not the same. (2) No power points by the bed. Impossible to charge devices and use them in bed. (3) One day no butter at breakfast. It's an expensive place to stay so although this is minor it's not...

「No era como la ultima vez, no tiene nada que ver, parking muy difícil de acceder, te poden la limpieza al salir pero te lo entregan de aquella manera..., no hay comodidad ni fácil comunicación!」

「Me gustó la ubicación, en plena naturaleza. Silencio absoluto. Apartamentos espaciosos y bien equipados. No me gustó la falta de respuesta a los mensajes enviados y tener que acabar reclamando la devolución de la fianza cuando la chica de recepción dijo que se devolvía el mismo día del checkout por la tarde. Falta de comunicación por parte del alojamiento.」

「Lovely ski lodge a short drive from Andorra La Vella (great for shopping). Very friendly staff and a great choice at breakfast.」

「Very clear is not private parking you need parking in the street and pay. It is not a big deal but for us was because we arrive with reservation at 11 pm and 7 suite cases parking outside was very hard. I did the reservation because was clear about private parking. I ask the staff and he said the parking is full something I did not believe. It is not private parking.」
