"From check in, the front staff were great, attentive, offered a drink and cold towel. After minutes of entering room, they called to check if everything was good.
Car lift attendant both were great in helping first timer and do say thank you to both. Finally, Harun , the attendant on my 1906 floor was superb in helping me fill the bottle water when he saw me and greeted us whenever he saw us. Pleasant stay. I will return"

"Checked in was very smooth, "Yaya" from the checked in counter was very helpful and she even call the room to check is everything ok. Breakfast spread was superb. The only setback was the pillow for my 4 nights stay, to soft, maybe hotel can invest for a better pillow, a bit firm should be nice."

"- Friendly and helpful staffs (Reception and housekeeping).
- Not sure whether my booking was entitled for breakfast or not. During checked-in i was told that include breakfast but our room was not in the list at the restaurant.
- Very near to Kayu Original Nasi Kandar (walking distance).
- Room is very big, spacious and clean. Suitable for family of 5 with children. Exceed my expectation. "

"The property considered new, but the time waiting for elevator was horrible! I waited 1 hours just to go down to the lobby. People who bring child travel definitely do not even consider to live inside this property, because all the windows are very loose to open, kids can easily fall to death without adult’s supervision. So please watch out your kids all the time! I lived on 27th floor, but the praying sound from the Mosque temple were very loud and clear through out the whole day, to be more specific, 5 times a day starting from 5:30 am in the morning. I would only enjoy the swimming pool, gym and basketball court there! There are definitely better place to live in Penang other than the Urban Suite! Thanks for reading my post! Enjoy your trip! "
