"When I had my first shower the soap was empty. I used this Hotel because of the convenience of being attached to the convention center and not having to walk outside in the snow, just to find that it was locked at 9PM and myself and a woman in a dress with no sweater had to walk around the building to get in because the side doors where unacceptable due to construction."

"Staff went beyond with helping us. We appreciated their quick response to our request. The hotel is centrally located and we walked to shops and restaurants."

"Good - We were travelling with our two dogs and the staff were great about it. They brought us dog beds, food and water dishes, and poop bags to our room when we checked in. The room was spacious and comfortable. Not so good - We requested early check in when we booked but they were not able to accommodate the time we requested on the day we arrived, which put us in limbo for a few hours. The parking situation is chaotic and very tight. You are supposed to pull in to a loading zone in front of the hotel and have their valet park for you but it took us four passes around the block to find a space. There were no other options for parking, not even pay to park lots in the area due to construction blocking access to the one across the street mentioned in other reviews. In the bathroom there was low water pressure which made showering a little difficult."

"The rooms are very clean and the over all design of the hotel is super cute! The staff was very accommodating when I required a last minute extra night. The restaurant is also very very good."
