「The owners of the apartment allowed us to check in early due to our flight arriving at 9:00 and check in at 3:00. They showed us the apartment and how to use the special key. They were very nice. The bed was comfortable and the towels were soft. We loved having the market and multiple places to eat right outside of our door. Italy was beautiful and the owners made it easy for us.」

「The hotel is well situated and walking distance from many of the landmarks in Rome. Also very close to the Jewish Ghetto. The only minus is its in a residential building on the second floor. So there is no hotel lobby and no breakfast area. They basically deliver the breakfast to your room.」

「Die Wohnung war sehr schön und großzügig geschnitten. Wir hatten genug Platz mit 5 Personen. Das Schlafsofa eignet sich allerdings nur bedingt als Schlafplatz, für uns war es ok, aber wenn man Rückenprobleme hat wird es schwierig, da die Matratze ziemlich durchgelegen ist. Bei Einkunft hat uns Sabrine herzlich empfangen und alles in der Wohnung erklärt, auch bei Problemen in der Wohnung ( wir hatten Schwierigkeiten Handtuchtrockner im Bad richtig einzustellen) wurde uns schnell geholfen. 「The shower in our room didn’t work which was far from ideal after a day exploring Rome in 35 degree heat. We didn’t know about this until turning the shower on. The staff did know but didn’t tell us. However once we discussed this with them they did solve the issue by giving us access to a second room to use the shower facilities.
