Lots of good things. Centrally located, comfortable rooms, helpful staff. However in very cold conditions we had a real problem with getting our room heated on one day of our stay

One of the best hotels in Szczecin.
Very good hotel located in the heart of the city, close to shops, restaurants and bars. Breakfast was amazing, plenty of choices, all food very fresh and nicely presented. Staff was very polite and attentive; rooms clean and comfortable.

Beautiful view!!
Lovely hotel in the city centre. Great location. Hotel itself really nice and clean, we have stayed on the 8th floor and the view was amazing!! Breakfast was very good, huge choice and all really tasty. Fully recommend this hotel

This is the only place we stay when we are in Szczecin. The hotel is new, clean, modern and very comfortable. Right in the center of Szczecin. Staff was friendly and always willing to help. Highly recommend it.

Best hotel in Szczecin
Lovely new hotel, very comfortable, staff very friendly. We've stayed in most hotels in Szczecin and this is by far our favourite. Great hotel at a very reasonable price. Huge recommend if staying in Szczecin.

Heart of the city , staff was good , food was excellent , Should be Hand rail at accessible room site , would be good to have bed sore preventing mattress , ventilation in room wasn’t great

Wonderful room. Clean, most spacious we had had. Had a meal in the hotel. It was almost indescribable but i will try. Like a work of art but without taste. Such a busy plate i could barely identify what i ordered. It was served on a cold plate and it was cold. A preoccuptaion with serving things on hay did not improve it. Go back to basics and dish up some hot and tastey food.

The hotel is ok, but the personal has low or zero knowledge of English. It is almost impossible to get service, even if they want to help, they are not able to. And some of them who could speak a bit English were rude, or maybe they did not know how to communicate better.
