Excellent place to stay--spotlessly clean, easy parking, super comfortable beds, friendly & helpful staff, excellent wifi, reasonable rates. Only drawback is that rooms are a bit small. Regardless, this hotel has become our go-to lodging choice in the Syracuse area.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Syracuse Destiny USA
I checked in on the Hilton app, and input my card for incidentals. The app said I was checked in but had to show ID at the desk to activate my digital key. They they needed to re-run a card for incidentals, and gave me physical keys. Kinda defeated the purpose of checking in on the app. We LOVED ...
