The location was amazing and the staff and rooms we excellent . We picked a beach access room and it was well worth it. The spa was not one to write home about but the rest of the resort was amazing.

Nice Beach hotel

Nice hotel situated directly on the beach. Ideal for my wife and I as we were happy using the train to jump to and from other places like Modica, Ragusa, Siracusa etc when not having a day at the beach. Across the piece staff were excellent with the exception of one member of staff who failed to book us a taxi when we asked twice. Only negative comment is we stay at hotels a lot in Italy, several times a year, and they have lots of little add ons here which don’t exist at other places e.g. €10 a day for parking, €15 for sun loungers and umbrella etc. Breakfasts were very good and staff at the restaurant were excellent across the piece.

Great property on a sandy beach only a step off of our balcony. Spa was amazing! Loved the indoor pool and massages. A/c worked great. Bed was very V. Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant at hotel was excellent! Beach was clean, but road driving towards hotel had lots of garbage. Sad, but not the hotel’s fault. Hotel could use some updating, but was still nice. Beach is public, so some nights you could hear people partying all night, but sliding glass door was very thick and blocked most of the noise. We had breakfast in the room I’m the balcony every day that was wonderful!

This hotel could be great but fell short on so many levels. At breakfast for example they bundled the buffet food together. I have an allergy to pork which was touching the eggs. When I asked for them to make fresh eggs they said it would be an extra fee. So basically unless I paid again I would not have breakfast. Additionally it’s advertised as a beach resort but they charge you for the use of chairs. In the end after speaking to the manager they waived the fees but I think their overall customer service and policies are ridiculous and the experience was ruined.

The photos and presentation of this place online are totally inaccurate. We booked a suite and got a tiny room instead. The TV didn’t work. No duvet on the bed, we froze and used beach towels for blankets. The staff were clueless and the bar was a joke. We could not eat the fish for dinner because it was so strong, like it had sat in a fridge for a week. We checked out after one night. What a disaster.

Hide away mit dem gewissen Etwas!

Nachdem wir verstanden hatten, dass dieses einzigartige Boutiquehotel nur über eine unter der Hauptstraße durchführende Zufahrt, welche auch den Parkplatz erschließt, zugänglich ist, waren wir begeistert! Sehr freundliche Rezeptionistin, schönes kürzlich renoviertes Zimmer mit einer riesigen Dusche, ein Spa Bereich mit Sauna, Infrarot, indoor Pool und Wellness Anwendungen, direkte Strandlage und eine wunderschöne Terrasse für Frühstück, Mittag und Abend. Die Lage am eher privaten weißen Sandstrand ist genial! Das Frühstück war gut sortiert und ausgiebig, für Sizilien absolut luxuriös! Das Strandliegenset (2 Liegen und 1 Sonnenschirm) kosten pro Tag 10 EUR, was wir als völlig ok betrachten, da das Thema Liegenreservierung damit wegfällt. Kleiner Wermutstropfen, dass das Spa als Privatspa gebucht werden muss und es 80.- für 75 Min. kostet. Einerseits verständlich, andererseits nur bei Schlechtwetter überlegenswert. Alles in Allem aber ein einzigartiges Plätzchen zum Erholen, nicht weit von Syrakus. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Abbiamo soggiornato per un weekend in questa struttura a due passi da un mare favoloso. Le camere (la nostra era una standard) era carina ma non allineata alle attese di un 4 stelle superior. Personale gentile e disponibile, anche se alcuni servizi sono fuori mercato. Non mi piace l’idea di aggiungere altri soldi per il posto in spiaggia dopo aver pagato la stanza già una bella cifra, stesso discorso per late check-in a 150 €, davvero eccessivo. Buona la colazione, con prodotti freschi e artigianali. Rapporto qualità/prezzo d’aver molto discutibile, anche se il mare è davvero favoloso.

Excellent service from catering, reception and massage staff, who were challenged by flash floods on the day of our arrival mid-October. This meant that the electricity power was out for hot water - we had to take hot showers in the hotel next door. Overall, a lovely hotel, shame for us the weather wasn't the best - the reception staff did there best in what were extremely extenuating circumstances, shame their manager wasn't present to enable them to make decisions faster for compensation on the checkout day.

Que du Bonheur !!!!

Un véritable coup de coeur pour cet hôtel les pieds dans l'eau, avec un accès direct de notre chambre à la plage, un excellent petit déjeuner face à la mer, une équipe attentionnée et chaleureuse.....Que du bonheur et juste l'envie de revenir
