We were disapointed about this hotel, it was quite new but not that well maintend. The pool, that we found very attractive on the photos, was in reality a bit run down. The worst thing was, that the hotel held a Big disco party saturday night until 4 in the morning. It was really noisy, our kids did not sleep much. But the worst thing was that they did not clean the pool/garden area very well afterwards. There were cigaret butts all over the garden, plastic cups in the pool etc. shame......

Fine settimana in famiglia
Ho dormito in questa struttura solo una notte con moglie e figlio. Comincio dal personale… gentilissimo, struttura e piscina bellissime, ambiente super rilassante, insomma esperienza da ripetere, lo consiglio!!!

Punti di forza: struttura, piscina, aree comuni, verde, colazione, biancheria da bagno e da letto, relax, reception. Da rivedere: decisamente manutenzione degli alloggi e pulizia degli alloggi e delle parti comuni. Materassi e cuscini da sostituire. Mare: a pochi passi piccola spiaggia libera di punta Milocca (Plemmirio) ed anche un piccolo lido raggiungibili percorrendo il breve sentiero nella campagna. Poco distante il lido Arenella. Luoghi di interesse: Ortigia e area archeologica a pochi chilometri. Tanto altro a maggiori distanze. Struttura consigliata

Het complex is schoon en netjes. Het restaurant is eenvoudig maar prima verzorgd, het zwembad schoon en ruim. De receptie spreekt Engels en is erg gedienstig. De huisjes zijn verzorgd en schoon en voorzien van meerdere airco's per huisje. Wat ik miste: basale schoonmaakspullen : een bezem, een veger en blik, een afwasborstel.

In der Nebensaison (Mitte Oktober) war die Anlage recht leer und vereinsamt. Appartment ist ok, als es aber geregnet hat, waren die Fenster nicht dicht und am Boden eine Überschwemmung. Mini-Küche ist vorhanden, aber ohne Geschirr, etc. Frühstück ist ok, aber ohne Charme und kühl in der gedeckten Halle. im Sommer bestimmt schöner, wenn Betrieb ist. Beim Check-Out mussten wir noch 8 Euro Tourismusabgabe bezahlen, obwohl inkludiert. Die Dame an der Rezeption liess das leider kalt! Schöne Strände in der Umgebung sind Arenella, Fontane Bianche, San Lorenzo. Hotel -Strand lädt nicht zum Baden und Relaxen ein.

Schöne aber leider schlecht unterhaltene Anlage
Wir haben 6 Nächte im Oktober gebucht. Vor Ort dann noch weitere 4 Nächte hinzugefügt. Schlecht kann es also nicht gewesen sein. Frühstück war gut und das Personal im Restaurant sympathisch. Der Pool, der Garten und die ganze Anlage im Allgemeinen ist sehr schön, leider aber relativ schlecht unterhalten. Überall ist etwas kaputt oder schmutzig. Sind zum Teil Details aber die Summe macht es aus. Zieht sich durch alles durch. Liegen beim Pool sind klapprig, Abflussgitter beim pool ist eingebrochen, viele Geräte im Spielplatz sind kaputt, Küche und Kühlschrank im Appartement ist in einem schlechten Zustand, WC Ring ist gebrochen, etc. Schade und hoffentlich bekommen sie das bald in den Griff. Denn abgesehen davon hat die Anlage viel Potential. Vor allem der Pool ist spektakuläre. Parkplatz ist kostenlos und sehr gross. Die Reinigung ist so la la. Zimmer hat vor allem in den ersten Tagen stark nach Zigarettenrauch und nassem Hund gerochen und es waren auch überall Hundehaare zu finden. Wir haben uns beklagt und sie haben es ernst genommen. Mit der Zeit und viel lüften wurde es besser. Aber Achtung auf die Stechmücken. Es waren viele unterwegs. Die Strände von Arenella (3 Minuten) und Fontane Bianche (20 Minuten) haben uns gut gefallen. Siracusa/Ortigia sind in 20 Minuten gut erreichbar. Auto ist ein Must und es gibt praktisch keine Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung. Restaurant im hotel hat nur am Wochenende Pizza gemacht (weil Nebensaison).

Personale gentile e premuroso, luogo familiare e accogliente, bellissima piscina, il mare lascia un po’ a desiderare, ma 3 min a piedi ci arrivi , le camere sono belle ed ben attrezzate, nel ristorante si mangia bene ! È un posto pacifico e poco affollato visto che le camere sono poche! Lo consiglio alle famiglie io sono andato con mia moglie è i bambini ci siamo rilassati e divertiti

Résidence vieillissante
La résidence Archimède est sensée avoir 4 étoiles mais elle est digne d'à peine 3 étoiles. Les matériaux et meubles dans les appartements et les parties communes sont de mauvaise qualité et mal entretenus. Il faut payer 10 Euros pour avoir 4 assiettes et des couverts. La salle du petit déjeuner n'est pas du tout accueillante, non climatisée et le petit déjeuner proposé n'est composé que d'aliments et de boissons industriels. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas bien du tout, voire pas du tout. On se croirait dans une résidence pour voyages organisés. Des soirées sont organisées certains soirs autour de la piscine avec musique forte et menu imposé.

La classe....
Un fair play extraordinaire de nos jours!!! Easy jet n'a pas souhaité nous emmener en Sicile....L'annulation du séjour ayant eu lieu au delà du timing annulation,la résidence Archimède aurait pu débiter notre compte mais ne l'a pas fait. Un geste de classe comme on n'en voit trop peu aujourd'hui.Merci encore. Nous espérons un jour avoir la possibilité de séjourner dans cet hôtel.

The area is not so funny because this is a real summer area rest of the year it is dead. We change room because the ac was broken from second floor to basement floor and there was high humidity and smell a lot of mold. Be careful if you are astmatiker.

Empfehlenswert! Tolle Anlage!
Ich kann die Anlage entgegen aller Kritiken in diversen Internetforen nur empfehlen. Wir haben als Gruppe von 6 Leuten aufs Geratewohl diese Unterkunft gebucht. Die 6 Nächte waren hervorragend! Wir hatten insgesamt 3 Wohneinheiten gebucht, jede mit eigenem Eingang. Es war absolut ruhig, die Sauberkeit war überwältigend. Die Poolanlage war gepflegt und toll. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok - könnte aber natürlich noch etwas ausgefeilter sein (bessere Fruchtsäfte, mehr Obst...). Der Strand wird ja nicht beworben - er ist aber wirklich in 4 Minuten erreichbar, allerdings sehr schmal. Trotzdem ist die Bucht sehr schön und wird vordergründig von Einheimischen frequentiert.

Notre séjour de 2 nuits était au mois d'avril et l’hôtel était presque vide. Ce qui ne donne pas une très bonne image du lieu. La piscine non chauffée n'était pas utilisable. Le petit déjeuner était très peu fourni (jus de fruit en poudre, pas de fruits, manquait parfois de pain, que des produits industriels)... Je pense qu'en été, avec plus de monde, cet hôtel peut être sympathique... La nous avions l'impression d'une ville fantôme...

Le Residenze Archimede med familj
Området kändes inte helt färdigställt när vi var där, det var framförallt restaurangen som var en bygg arbetsplats. Rummen var nya och fina med ett praktiks pentry. Det negativa var ett oannonserat disco som brakade loss första kvällen och inte slutade förens kl 04.00 på morgonen. Inget fungerade wi-fi på rummet.

Dans un endroit trés calme, à la périphérie de Syrracuse (à 10 min seulement). Voiture indispensable. Petit déjeuner copieux avec viennoiseries toutes fraiches. Mer au bout du domaine. Jolie piscine non chauffée, aire de jeux pour les enfants.
