"Coffee was SO So hot, flimsy coffee cup and lid- cup somewhat collapsed as lid came off. Burnt right hand, several small blisters on palm of hand. Did talk to manager who was somewhat dismissive. I didn’t mean it to be a complaint but didn’t want others to have burns like mine or worse"

Our check-in was smooth and friendly each one of us got a phone call when we got to our rooms to make sure everything was OK. The service was above and beyond, they even checked with us when we came back from dinner to make sure everything was OK. I could not be more pleased with the room, which was absolutely immaculate. Nice work, Holiday Inn! "
