Dangerous baby cots.
Do not use the baby cots, they are not safe, the mattresses are smaller than the cots and they don't have cot sheets, they use single bed sheets instead. Our baby got trapped under the mattress, with the sheets. The hotel did nothing to solve the problem apart from proposing an even worse fitting mattress, and still made us pay a supplement for the cot that could have killed our baby. We also had a leak in the bathroom, brown water from the tap, and the outside pool is closed.

hotel was good,very clean and good breakfast. WIFI was very weak and sometimes with no internet at all. Rooms would be better if equiped with a kettle, coffee and tea.

It was a good stay, the only setback is that the indoor pool and gym are great but opens at 10am which technically makes no sense as you will miss breakfast, it would be ideal to open only the gym from 7/8am

Good stay
It’s a good hotel, I’ve been to this property more than once. My only comments are the gym should open at 8am not 10am as this is too late if you want to fill your day and manage breakfast.

hotel is ok but the surrounding roads and area are very dirty and strewn with rubbish. because of the low number of clients the hotel was "dead" .the bar downstairs was not available

Pro's: - Nice clean room and bathroom - Good wi-fi connection - Plenty of free parking - Nice swimming pool - Nice air-conditioning in the room - A basic gym - enough to get a decent workout done - Helpful reception staff Con's: - You will need a car if staying at this hotel, as it's in the middle of nowhere - Breakfast quality and service was below par for a five star hotel. - The sauna and gym gets closed between 1 and 3pm. - Some of the gym equipment was showing its age

Mixed feelings
Good clean room, open views, friendly staff, nice outdoor pool & good value for money. Gym & indoor pool opening hours are not designed to accommodate guests needs. Open at 10am-1pm/4pm-7pm. Could not make use of the facilities as this was the reason why I chose this hotel. No workout before breakfast and wanted to avoid the sun for my daughter in the afternoon by using the indoor pool but it’s closed. It’s a shame as this hotel has potential and I would return if they adjust to opening hours of the mentioned facilities.

Good Hotel - Nice people - Quiet
Nice hotel on racecourse means potential free race watch. Clean, modern with good facilities. Missing a evening bar but does have a restaurant and pizzeria onsite. Very quiet however and as slightly inland not a walking distance from restaurants or as such just to be aware, but if with a car worth staying and not a problem. Breakfast was a bit disappointing but normal standard for Italy from my experience so wouldn't let it put you off. 10min drive to Fontaine beach.

Very unusual hotel. Although clean and adequate, very commercial looking. Far from town, breakfast buffet minimal. Only good if you want to watch the horse racing on Friday and Saturday. Then it is perfectly located!

Nice staff
I'm used to city hotel in the states. This hotel doubles as a horse racing track. But that's it. There is one street near by with some stores and food and a pub. The staff is very nice but some don't speak English at all. We reserved a suite and got a standard room. The pool was nice including jacuzzi. Good looking gym. Difficulty getting extra bath towels and toilet paper, never came. Room service was great, along with restaurant. Awesome food.

Not much of a muchness
This hotel has no atmosphere at all and is in the middle of no where. Unless you like horses and horse racing, I would stay away from it. There is nothnig in walknig distance either....and I mean nothing. Some of the staff are very nice, others were a bit rude. Rooms are clean and comfortablle. Spa area is average - not much of a muchness really. If you like eggs and bacon for your breakfast (onyl savoury choies avialable) then go early as they dont keep them heated. So after about8AM, they are stome cold.

Great Room
This is a great place for anyone who loves horses. The hotel is right on a race track. You can look out your window in the morning and see the horses exercising. The hotel is lovely. I can't imagine anyone not liking this hotel.

About 10km outside the old city of Syracuse, the hotel is a high quality hotel built into a modern horse race track. Getting a taxi or driving into Syracuse is not a problem, so if you desire a modern, well run hotel with fitness and spa facilities ( and indoor and outdoor pool) with rooms that overlook the horse track ( and waking up to the sound and site of horses being taken through morning runs), this is an ideal place to stay. Syracuse as a city is a wonderful place to explore - especially in the evening when restaurants are open and the city and waterfront has a life of its own. Not far from the hotel is a large natural reserve/ park with hiking trails leading to waterfalls and rivers - ideal to see another side of Italy.

Hôtel au milieu de nulle part, sans âme mais personnel très agréable. organisation a revoir pour le petit déjeuner : pain et charcuterie manquants sans arrêt ! et attente de plus de 10 minutes pour un café. Des améliorations organisationnelles et logistiques seraient appréciables.

Personale molto cordiale, la struttura é tenuta bene e pulita. Le camere, anche se non più nuovissime, sono carine, spaziose, silenziose e comode. La colazione è di ottima qualità, ha moltissime opzioni. La struttura è un po’ fuori mano se non si ha un mezzo proprio con cui spostarsi, ma con un’auto, una moto, uno scooter o anche una bici, si arriva alle località balneari e turistiche in pochi minuti di tragitto. Sono già due estati che soggiorno in questa struttura, e credo che riserverò anche per l’estate prossima.

Ce n’est pas précisé, et pourtant le spa et hamam sont payants. Idem, il faut un bonnet pour la piscine, vendu 3 euros par personne (pizzo ?) Chambre très peu insonorisée, 2 nuits de suite à entendre le voisin ronfler. La seule chose à peu près satisfaisant est le petit déjeuner.

L'albergo è bellissimo e pulitissimo solo che tutta la notte ho sentito un rumore fastidiosissimo che proveniva dal soffitto della mia camera essendo posizionata all'ultimo piano e attaccata al vano tecnico delle pompe dell'aria condizionata e per questo non ho chiuso occhio tutta la notte ,alle 06,15 quando hanno riacceso le pompe il rumore è scomparso ed anche il mio sonno!!!!

Struttura esteticamente bellissima, piscina bella, comoda la piscina bassa per i bimbi. Stanze confortevoli,spa bella. Però struttura poco curata e non sfruttata per gli spazi che ha a disposizione. La sera non c è in aria di ritrovo o un bar aperto per poter bere qualcosa. In piscina nessun attività. Peccato perché molto bello l hotel.
