"Way overpriced for what you get. Paid 3361 NTD. Very run down and dated. Room was stuffy and smelled mouldy. Rubbish and stuff piled everywhere. Staff tried to charge me again. Owner is friendly and chatty. Breakfast was a delicious Taiwanese delight. Hot Springs were very ugly. Do not serve dinner any more. Very far from anything. An Tong Hot Springs around the corner is new, bright and clean. Excellent restaurant upstairs."

"We had a wonderful, comfortable stay and the host is so kind and welcoming. We rented electric mopeds in town and explored all around the ride patties and surrounding area, it was magical! Highly recommend. Oh and the breakfast was delicious, direct from the host’s daughter in laws breakfast shop, can’t get any better."

"I have probably never had a better hotel stay. The room was comfortable, but what made the trip exceptional was the host! Not only did he pick us up from Guanshan station, he went above and beyond to help us plan a trip for the next day and make sure we had safe transportation and were informed about the treacherous hike we wanted to go on.
