「服務一流、職員有禮，但房間比預期有巨大落差（訂房時看圖片以為每間客房帶小小的私人泳池，但其實只有一個很小的公共泳池，小得根本不好意思在那裡泡著），房間的陽台也小得根本不能坐。安排的房間在底層且近大堂入口，看不到什麼景色之餘，很容易被走廊的聲音吵醒）。早餐非常好吃，只是份量比較少，製作時間也比較久。也沒有提前告知有贈送免費下午茶，所以時間安排上錯過了。房間內沒有茶包也沒有熱水器。住頂層房間應該不錯，底層就算了。」

「Enjoyed the prime location and rice fields. It’s nearby market area as well as ubud palace! The bike rides were amazing and staff was friendly. Some feedback on room hygiene since we were staying with our toddler that we expected the towels to be exchanged by new ones if we keep them on floor indicating they needed to be replaced, but it wasn’t done till we informed about it to the staff. Secondly, the bed and amenities were of low quality. The bed used to shake a lot while sleeping, impacting...

「A beautiful location. Please keep in mind that you can only get there by scooter or foot. But staff will pick up your luggage and You by scooter and bring you to the location if needed. The location is nice and quiet away from the main road and her no dogs or roosters waking me up. That was nice. Best thing they had great hot water. Hotel is right next to some wonderful restaurants and a gorgeous walk among the rice fields. Lots to do close by including yoga, silver jewelry making. 」

「The villa and surrounding property was absolutely beautiful- peaceful and relaxing- the staff were incredibly attentive to our needs including carrying all our luggage from the main road entrance to our villa. Nestled amongst rice fields with a view of the valley in a magnificently manicured garden and tranquil pool has left wonderful lasting memories. 」

「Hôtel au centre d'Ubud, à proximité des centres d'intérêt mais retiré de la route principale ce qui assure une tranquillité absolue avec vue sur des rizières. Cet hôtel allie le combo parfait si vous voulez effectuer des activités mais avoir des moments de calme une fois rentrés à l'hébergement. Attention toutefois, cet hôtel n'est pas accessible en voiture. L'équipe de la réception assure les transferts entre l'hôtel et le centre en scooter... ou alors, vous pouvez marcher, cela vous prendra 15...

「Lovely place place to stay. Close to the main strip, but away from the noise. The property is clean and the staff was helpful. Didn't get the chance to try the food. Pool area was nice and quiet. Some minor things need to be taken care of: found some ants in the bedroom and the toilet. Some more pest control is to be considered. The safe inside the closet was not working. Someone came in to try to fix it, but unfortunately it wasn't fixed. Overall, a very good experience. I would come back!」

「We stayed in a two bedroom villa with a nice garden and ”outdoor” kitchen and diningarea/livingroom. Very steep steps leading to the second bedroom. Breakfast is not bufféstyle but a set menu, quite small portions though. The hotel is about a 15 min walk from the Ubud center (market), witch is good because the place is nice and quiet at night. There is a bunch of restaurants within a couple of min walk. 」
