「well, extremely convenience to Ubud city center...... the hotel provides free shuttle service between hotel and Ubud city center til 10pm....... just simply give them a call n tell them where you are, the hotel shuttle bus goes to the location to pick you up....... btw, we enjoy the outdoor showers in room 202, and 203. they.......the access between two rooms is also great........ if you travel with kids, the sofa hotel provides in the room solving the problem of extra beds for...

「It was a really nice and joyous holiday ever! The pool is gorgeous looking over the rainforest, interior design is made by the author's project, very stylish and comfortable. It had everything you could need (plug adaptors, mozzy spray, filtered water etc). The staff were so friendly, who gave me some restaurants and leisure places recommendations. The location is safe and quiet, and everything is very accessible by a quick taxi ride. Lovely place!」

「雨季房間潮味較重，但冷氣吹一陣子就好了，建議房間放除濕機。 早餐選擇多，但當地食物的口味比其他飯店或餐廳較不那麼美味，炒飯偏濕，炒麵偏鹹，其他都還不錯。」

「服務一流、職員有禮，但房間比預期有巨大落差（訂房時看圖片以為每間客房帶小小的私人泳池，但其實只有一個很小的公共泳池，小得根本不好意思在那裡泡著），房間的陽台也小得根本不能坐。安排的房間在底層且近大堂入口，看不到什麼景色之餘，很容易被走廊的聲音吵醒）。早餐非常好吃，只是份量比較少，製作時間也比較久。也沒有提前告知有贈送免費下午茶，所以時間安排上錯過了。房間內沒有茶包也沒有熱水器。住頂層房間應該不錯，底層就算了。」

「We loved our stay at The Ridge! So relaxing and the views are incredible. They made us feel like family, and it was one of the best places we've ever stayed. 「The villa and surrounding property was absolutely beautiful- peaceful and relaxing- the staff were incredibly attentive to our needs including carrying all our luggage from the main road entrance to our villa. Nestled amongst rice fields with a view of the valley in a magnificently manicured garden and tranquil pool has left wonderful lasting memories. 」

「 Une chambre avec une vue incroyable, dans un bel écrin de verdure (Lotus 2). Une grande piscine, dans un milieu naturel bien entretenue. Un personnel au petit soin, d'une extrême gentillesse, et les dirigeants présents et attentifs. Vous tenez un lieu magny, proche du centre (15 minutes à pieds). Un salon de massages à quelques mètres (Velora wellness spa massage), avec une équipe excellente. Et moulte très bons restaurants traditionnels, dont le délicieux "Warung pulau kelapa" en sortant...

「Fantastisk hotel. Midt i rismarkerne, men stadig tæt på ubud centrum (15 min gang). Sengen var lidt hård og man bliver vækket af haner omkring kl. 6. Det betyder dog også man er midt i naturen hvilket har sin charme. Dejligt poolområde」

「除了出入要爬一段陡坡比較不方便之外，飯店是很舒適的，而且附近也有餐廳。 房價起伏很大，我們訂了私人泳池和庭院房型各一晚，因提早訂房價格很優惠，非常划算。枕頭和床鋪非常舒適，只可惜沒有電視，晚上有點小無聊。 庭院房型因為廚房和客廳四邊沒有牆壁，晚上蚊蟲比較多，不過還好並不太會飛進房間，而且有蚊帳，仍可維持睡眠品質。」
