"Hotel rooms are outdated, dusty, hard to breathe. The hot/cold water was reversed, and the bathroom design allows for the entire bathroom to flood while showering, and if you have a fancy outing, your clothes may get soaked. The bathroom door is waterlogged from being soaked from the shower. The tv is intermittent, there are only 2 vending machines for 14 floors of rooms. The elevators are old and the buttons don’t work, they go up and down passed where you want to go multiple times before picking/dropping you off. Alternatively there is NO option for a staircase instead. They said there’s too many homeless. Perhaps you could have key access to a door. What happens in a fire situation?? They charge like it’s a luxury hotel, when in reality, it’s extremely subpar at best. The staff are nice, but you can tell you inconvenience them when you ask for anything (like a pen) The food was just ok, the conference room ceilings are water damaged from previous floods… honestly the entire hotel needs to be redone. I wouldn’t come back here."

"Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and staff was wonderful but property is older and in need of some upgrades. The heating unit was very loud and could not keep up with the temperature, ran constantly and blew cool air, making the situation worse. The staff were very accommodating and got me a space heater to keep the room warm. "
