The check in was horrible there was only one person at front desk and guy in front of me honestly took over half hour I had time to check in my phone then I was still waiting , I wish the guy at the front desk would have at least gave me $20 off for the extra waiting , he was polite but I feel when there there should be at least 2 people on the front desk from 4 pm to 9 pm so you don’t have to wait 40 min to check in even after I did everything on line so people if you come be prepared to wait for ever to check in

Clean. Friendly staff. Pool was needing an upgrade. Hot tub was good. Older hotel, but clean and relaxing. Restaurant had very good food. A bit pricey. The bar had no tvs, so only place to watch the oilers game was in your room. For an older, inexpensive hotel the Quality Inn was a nice stay.

Excellent service to get extra towels pillows etc. Accommodated our sports teams by allowing us all to eat together in a meeting room. Very friendly. A little pricey compared to what we are used to especially since there’s only a coupon for $5 off breakfasts (not free) but overall great place to stay when traveling as a large team/group.
